Your day in Little Exuma can be spent by fishing, bonefishing, scuba diving or snorkeling, power or sail boating, bicycling, hiking, or exploring the island and its magnificent beaches.
We don't just have a beach, we have beaches. Our property is so large there are several beaches to relax on. Depending on weather and the tide, we have a deeper section great for swimming, shallow beaches for relaxing, sand to walk along, even a small private cove. We also have decks with lounge chairs that float just above the beach for a beautiful and relaxing view.
You want privacy, you have come to the right place. The next closest neighbor is a quarter mile away. Most of our renters report not seeing another person from any other property their entire stay. Come relax in privacy at Sugar Beach Villa.
Our guests are amazed and always complement us on our incredible staff. They are very friendly and helpful. Our staff will make sure to pick you up from the airport and get you to the property. They will give you a guided tour and make sure you have everything you need to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. We go out of our way to provide as many services as possible to our guests. Please take advantage of our additional services we provide such as grocery shopping, cooking, boat tours, additional maid services, and babysitting. My family ( 2 adults, 3 kids (13,10,& 7) spent a week at this home. The home is architecturally beautiful and very well built. The various decks offer amazing views of the island and the sea. The home is very well cared for and the grounds well maintained. The weather was not ideal for a portion of our vacation. Fortunately, there is a protected inlet with a sandy beach adjacent to the property. Our kids spent hours in this area ( referred to as "the creek"). We also explored the opposite side of the island. Every beach we discovered was beautiful, and we never had to share the beach with anyone else. Sugar Beach Villa is a great choice for a quiet getaway or for a fun family adventure. We would certainly recommend it to others. Linton and Gloria took exceptional care of our family during our visit, and are a great resource for making the most of your visit.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We are a large property with several private beaches.
