15, Rue des Belges, located 100 meters from the Festival Palace, the Croisette, the beaches, and Rue d’Antibes, is the former home of a young bourgeois family. It is on the second (top) floor and only apartment in the building,no lift, facing southwest with narrow view of the palm lined Croisette and the Mediterranean, 70 square meters, superb finishing, furnishing, and decoration.

The Blue bedroom of 20 square meters has a king-size double bed and en suite bath room with tub, water closet, and nook for clothes washer and dryer. The Green bedroom of 14 square meters has a queen-size bed and en suite shower room with water closet. The beds in both rooms may be turned into two single beds Ample storage space. The living room has two sofas, one of which may be converted into a bed. Tastefully furnished with wrought iron and glass dining table and chairs for four to five persons.

American-style kitchen with large counter in grey polished marble equipped with stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer and efficient ventilator. Glassware and dishes in Provencal style. Perfect sound insulation. Parking available in street or in public parking under Festival Palace.

Telephone in the apartment and computer may be plugged in or Wi-Fi.
