This quiet and bright unit sits on the top floor, (no noise from people living above). It has great natural lighting with large window seats, glass door to the patio and 2 sky lights. It sits in the heart of downtown Redmond.
Enjoy shopping at Redmond Town Center (5 min. walk), Eddie Bauer, REI, Macys, Starbucks, Big Picture Theatre and many more. Trader Joes and the large grocery store are also steps away. Take a nice long walk or bike ride down the Sammamish River trail that's steps from your door. You can ride on this trail all the way to the UofW going north through Woodinville and then south on the Burke Gilman trail, staying on your own paved trail for bikes only. Microsoft, Nintendo and Overlake are all a short 5 minute drive. Freeway access could not be better with the 520 on and off ramp right across the street.
The condo is nicely decorated in a classic black, cream and taupe colors with a French motif. All furniture and furnishings are brand new in 2011.
Also enjoy 2 high end K-2 (new in 2011) city commuter bikes with helmets, tools, basket , locks and all that you would need for a ride. For your convinience there is a bike locker on the ground floor.

- This condo is located steps from the Redmond Saturday market, and Redmond Town Center, 1 mile from Microsoft, 10 mintues to Bellevue and 25 mintues to downtown Seattle. The Sammamish River trail goes right next to the property and the Sammamish River flows right along our property. Marymoore Park is just down the trail about 10 minutes by foot.

$1100 per month, $700 per week 9.8 % sales tax applies to all stays less than one month, per tax law 30% deposit will reserve your dates, balance is due 30 days prior to arrival $100 cleaning fee and $200 refundable deposit We have all our renters sign a rental contract INQUIRIES: we travel frequently, e-mail is the preferred means of communication. Why the Owner Chose RedmondWe live on Lake Sammamish and have another rental on the lake, (221595) that stays booked year round. We have very much enjoyed meeting those that come to visit the great NW. We also enoy sharing tips on fun things to do and see in the area.
The Unique Benefits at this CondoRedmond is known as the biking capital of the USA. One of the most famous bike trails boarders our property. You can take this trail south to Marymoore park, or you can go north along the Sammamish River through the open fields to the wine country where the well known Chateau Ste. Michelle, the Columbia Winery, and the Red Hook Brewery are. Go 2 miles more and you are in the charming town of Woodinville. Take the path through Bothell and all the way down to the University of Washington and Gasworks Park. You can do all of this without ever sharing the road with cars. These roads are for bikes and walkers only. For your convinience we have 2 K-2 light weight city bikes for you to enjoy with helmets, locks and any gear needed for a ride.

This beats any four star hotel! Quiet;, biked to St Michelle winery (you would think you were in Europe). Walked one block to Redmond Sat. Market, beautifully appointed with charming French theme. A great location. The hostess exudes hospitality. I do not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone. Thank you from the Canadian border.
