  Everything was perfect! Very good property... You'll find everything you need! The zone is perfect too... After spending a couple of weeks in the unit we almost feel like home!

  Thank you for allowing us to use your beautiful apartment. You were both so accommodating to our every need - especially since we felt like the "Beverly Hillbillies Comes to Miami". As so many other people have stated, the view at night is just breathtaking. The beds were so comfortable that my husband wants to know what is the brand of mattress in the master bedroom. For the first time in a long time, he didn't wake up with a back ache! Thank you once again!

  It was a pleasure to have Angel and his family as our guest. Very kid and educated people. They left the unit in perfect condition, we would never hesitate to open our doors anytime that they or people recommended by them will decide to visit us again. We certainly hope to have them as our guests again soon. Thank you very much.

  Your Review is Pending Please read and confirm your review for Property #374891 below. This unit looks better in person than in pictures! Property was very clean and well equipted. It had anything and everything you could possibly need in a vacation...from beach towels to coolers. As the unit is located on the 41st floor of the building, it has an exceptional view of the bay and the city with no other buildings abstracting the view. The night time view is breathtaking. The complex has two well-maintained pools and a jacuzzi that were never too busy, so it was very enjoyable. It also has a small gym with a few machines and weights. The owners were very helpful, kind and welcoming to the unit. Always called us back promptly and responded to any needs in a timely manner. The location of the building it is a great area and you feel very safe walking in the streets of this neigborhood. Restaurants and attractions are all over this area and the beach is only 10 minutes drive. This is a rental I would recommend to my friends and family and we are planning to come back next year. But the biggest difference from this condo from any other condo is the personal touch that the owners Rafael and Margarita had with us. Congratulations to you both for your wonderful hospitality, see you soon and Ole, amigos!!!

  I stayed in this unit for one month with my husband, my mother and my newborn. The owner was very friendly and accomodating. Because I just had a baby it was important that I had a washer/dryer in my unit, so that worked well for me. Also we did not wish to disturb our neighbors so we wanted a building with good sound proofing for when the baby cried. In addition I needed to be close to the elevator which we were and the assigned parking was not far. The check in and check out process was smooth and easy. We met the unit very clean and smelling good. The view is beautiful especially at night. There is nothing that you will need that is not available in the unit. Just take your clothes and food. The layout of the unit was great. Both bathrooms and walk in closets were spacious and well equipped. The building is located in walking distance to many restaurants, a publix food store, fedex and others. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable. The kitchen appliances were nice and modern. Overall the place is well maintained and not only would I recommend to friends and family but I will stay there again. It is large enough so that we never felt as if we were in each others way or face all of the time. Everything about this place was comfortable and convenient and safe. Thanks Rafael, we look forward to returning.

  We truly enjoyed our stay. Rafael went out of his way to make sure and meet us upon our arrival, even though it was past 1am when we arrived. The condo was clean and well equipped and the views are fabulous. In addition there are plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. We rate the accomodations and our experience excellent and would not hesitate to recommend this spot for your vacation.

  Beautiful and roomy apartment, tastefully decorated, well furnished including all necessary appliances, household linen and top-notch equipment. The views are amazing. The unit is new and very clean. The condo comprises with great amenities (especially the pools!). It is conveniently located in Brickell, which is very central and close from downtown, south beach, airport… The owner is very welcoming and helpful. Highly recommended!

  This is just a little jewel in Miami! The condo was spotless and beautifully decorated, just like a home! The views are amazing during the day but in the evening they are magical. Brickell is a great location for food, fun restaurants and wonderful cocktail spots. We found it very safe walking around at night, the streets are brightly lite and full of activity. We loved it so much we are returning for another visit in February and god willing in March.

  I spent Thanksgiving weekend a this little Gem and I was very surprised by the actual place. The pictures make no justice to the apartment, the comfort, the actual size of the bedrooms, and the quality of the linens and bedding. Everything was brand new, and the kithchen was very well equiped. We even had a capuccino machine ! Rafa was there to personally greet us on the evening of Thanksgiving and was very helpful at our check out day. There were two nice restaurants downstairs that delivered sushi and Peruvian food, so we did not even have to cook, and the Mandarin Oriental was just 2 blocks away, great for dining or happy hour drinks. I will suggest this place to enyone, very close to Key biscayne, and to Merrit Village Park mall. The view from the apartment was also very nice and there were some terrace furniture to sit out and enjoy the beatiful view.

  This property was much better than described. Excellent location, Excellent appearance, Excellent amenities, Excellent view, Excellent facilities, very clean and very well maintained. Excellent and plentiful bedding, pillows and towels. We where received at the property by Rafa, a very friendly, concern and bilingual person, even though we had a late check-in. I would definitely recommend this property to my friends and family. I will be back…

  I recently stayed at this location and I have to tell you that it is absolutely beautiful. The service was amazing as everything was ready upon our arrival. I highly recommend this property
