  Myself and 10 other guys went down for a weekend in Memphis. When we arrived we were kindly greeted by the manager and were not disappointed by the space. The place had more than enough room for all of us. The location of the property was in walking distance to just about everything we needed. The gated and garaged parking allowed for care free parking. Make sure to take care of the place so we can enjoy it again when we go back.

  My family stayed in this fabulous condo over the Easter holiday. The condo is beautiful and has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Location is fantastic. Maybe a five to seven minute walk to Beale St. The trolley is right outside your front door. The owner Linda and the property manager Karen were wonderful to work with. We can't sat enough good things about this property.

  VRBO became my best friend about 5 years ago when I have to travel. I go to VRBO before I even look at hotels. As the artistic director of a dance company, I travel often and with an entourage of 2 to 4 people at all times. Out of EVERY house from EVERY city I have ever stayed, this is the best. In fact, if I could pick a house I would want to live in for the rest of my life, it would be this property. Honestly, I cannot tell you much about the neighborhood because we were occupied at the Orpheum Theatre most of the time. We did walk to Beale Street one afternoon and we had some wonderful oysters across the street for lunch. The rest of the time, we chose just to stay home. We cooked great dinners. We danced in the living room. The beds were amazing and a great night's sleep was had by all. The only thing that disappointed me was that we had to leave. From the pink flamigo that greeted us at the front door to the garage that we drove right into to unload our groceries, there was no detail spared in the overall vibe of this home. I say vibe because you have to experience it. It is not just a place to stay, it is a place that changes your mood and charges your soul. Now, you may think this review is a bit over the top, how can a house be this great? Stay there, you will say the same thing!!! If I lived close to Memphis, I would be on the look out for a great Broadway touring show and see if you could luck out for a weekend in this location. Do the show and the sites of Memphis but come back to this townhome and really experience what life is all about!

  This property is gorgeous and over-the-top comfortable. I will admit - I am really picky. The other reviewers aren't kidding when they say the pictures don't do the condo justice. There were 6 of us, and we had loads of room. You'll be very happy with the friendly service you receive from both the owner and the manager. You're within walking distance of Beale St, the Gibson factory, the National Civil Rights Museum (formerly the Lorraine Motel, when MLK was shot), FedEx Forum, etc. The trolley runs right past the front door. Our favorites in the neighborhood - Pearl's, Gus's Fried Chicken, Will Tucker on Fridays & Saturdays at BB Kings, the Green Beetle (go here for breakfast, rather than the Arcade), SOB, Silky O'Sullivan's, A. Schwab's, and South Front Antiques. Half our group walked down S. Main to pick up growlers at Ghost River Brewing's dock on Saturday afternoon. While it's a long yet manageable walk down there, you'll need a ride on the way back to carry your heavy (but very tasty) super-local beer.

  I would sooo recommend using this property! I wish that the weather would have been better so that we could have used the roof top patio a bit more. That is really the only thing that I could complain about. The pictures do not do this property justice. The rooms are very spacious, we had 8 people staying and we were all very comfortable. The full kitchen was great for breakfast every morning, that my oldest son cooked for the group...added bonus mom did not have to cook it! The first night we traveled across the street to the Green Beetle, the bartender had great recommendations for places for us to try. We had a great time and I can't wait to come back. This is really a home away from home!

  Everything about this house was cool: The bright colors, fun paintings on the wall, and the kitchen/party space. I went there for a bachelorette party on January 24th with 11 girls and we also rented VRBO.com/279405. The 2 houses were so close to everything so it wasn't necessary to rent a car or call a cab. The Green Beatle is a great bar directly across the street if you want a drink but don't want to walk far and you are only a few blocks from the Arcade restaurant as well as Beale St. I have been to Memphis a few times and this is the best place I've stayed. This is a great party house!

  We traveled to Memphis for 3 nights for a bachelorette party with 12 ladies. We rented Linda's other property as well (279405) and they were both PERFECT for us!! We couldn't have been happier with the accommodations- from the cleanliness to the decor to the amount of space/beds, it was absolutely up to the highest standards and we would choose these properties over a hotel in a heartbeat. We loved the Main street area- we were able to walk everywhere, but the trolley is literally outside the front door if people prefer that experience. Beale street is about 5 min away, but if you go the other way on Main street, there are so many cute restaurants and shops that we loved as well! The owner and property manager were fantastic to work with and so kind and accommodating for our group. Would absolutely recommend this place and definitely hope to stay their again!

  I am on the road with the Second National Tour of the Broadway musical Jersey Boys, and several of my coworkers and I stayed here for 2 weeks. This place is absolutely amazing, and Linda could not have been nicer to rent from! Spending all of my time on the road, I use VRBO a lot, and this place is easily in my top 3 stays of the past year. You are in walking distance of everything, especially the Orpheum Theatre. Make sure to check out The Green Beatle across the street! I will definitely stay here if I ever have the pleasure of working in Memphis again!

  This was our first time going to Memphis, loved it !!!! This house was everything we had hoped for and more. The location is absolutely perfect, walked to everywhere we wanted to go. The trolley runs right in front and only costs $1 for a ride. We took the long ride and enjoyed the tour. This house is gorgeous !!! You can tell that the decorating was not done cheaply. Everything was perfect, I want to move in there. It was a bonus that the rental was empty the day before our arrival, we were able to get in early because of our flight time. The owner and her property manager are awesome. All emails were answered quickly. I had asked the manager (Karen) the day before our departure if she knew where I would be able to find a computer to complete our flight plans, she went home and brought me her laptop. What a sweetheart. I can't wait to come back, this was prime location. Also, the book on the coffee table with reviews from other guests was very helpful in our decision making with local restaurants. Lots of recommendations. For music, museums, great food, fun and lots of partying, Memphis is the place to go. Can't wait until they complete that new waterfront facility along the Mississippi, looks amazing. Oh yeah, how could I forget the vibrating chairs in the media room, perfect for reguivenating yourself to head back out for more fun.

  We were in town for a college football game. The property is very nice and ideally located to Beale Street and various other activities. Gus' Famous Fried Chicken is a mere 400' away. Seriously, a very nice place and the owner & property manager were very helpful. We had a quality visit and would stay here again.
