About the owner: I have lived in Phoenix for the past 35 years. I have always lived in North Central Phoenix because of the fabulous historic neighborhoods and quaint, locally-owned shops and restaurants. I purchased this home 20 years ago and have watched this neighborhood flourish and transform into one of the most desirable in the city. I love that I am so close to downtown Phoenix and I've watched it grow and mature into one of the nation's true 'hot spots'.
