Relax with your morning coffee watching the great white egrets, great blue heron, bald eagle, ibis and other birds down at the canal dock or take your laptop out and enjoy the wifi on the pool deck. Either way the Florida sunshine will beckon you to sit a moment and savour the south.
Enjoy this spacious, newly renovated and tastefully furnished 1800 sq ft home in a residential neighbourhood. All flooring redone in November 2010.
One master suite has a king size bed, antique furniture and a 32' flat screen LED TV / DVD player with an ensuite bathroom which has a 6ft jetted tub, separate shower, toilet and sink vanity. 6 Ft slider to pool deck. The other master suite has a queen size bed, white wicker furniture and a 22' flat scrren LED TV/DVD player with an ensuite bathroom which has a 5ft jetted tub/shower, toliet, granite vanity.
The Bourbon suite has a queen size bed and antique furniture with 22' flat screen LEDTV/DVD and shares the pool bath with the bunkbed/twinbeds bedroom which also has a 22' flat screen LED TV/DVD player. There is also a toddler bed and small rocking chair in that bedroom. New bedding and mattresses in all bedrooms.
Three bedrooms are on one side of the house separating the other master bedroom by the dining room, kitchen, family room.
The antique dining room table seats 8, enjoy the pool view with 8 ft sliding doors to the pool deck. The living room has a couch and two loveseats, coffee table that lifts and a 47' flat screen LED TV with Net Flix, Facebook and Yahoo media capabilities. There is a wii with some games and a blue ray DVD player with some DVD's. All TV's are new and have USB ports for photos and music. The family room off the kitchen has a table with 4 chairs. The kitchen counter in the family area has 3 stools.
Our kitchen is ready for you to prepare a full course holiday dinner. It includes glass top stove with large oven, side by side fridge with ice and water dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffeepot, waffle maker, juicer, blender, dishes, cutlery, various other kitchenutensils and baking dishes, pots and pans. We have several dining areas as mentioned.
However we are within walking distance to some 8 restaurants ranging from fine Italian cuisine (Arianas), an oriental buffet, fish restaurants, a Perkins and local supermarkets that sell take out dinners.
You'll love our pool - last winter it maintained over 80 with the solar heating. Lounge by the fabulous, private lighted pool with walk in steps and deep end. A pass through window from the kitchen lends to entertaiing on the lanai with a new propane infrared grill. Comfortable lanai furniture is here for your enjoyment. The pool is serviced weekly. Access to newly renovated tiled bathroom directly from pool.
If you wish to get a tan there is a very secluded 300 sq ft bricked patio just outside the pool lanai facing south, complete with lounge chairs and a shaded sand box for the little ones. Luxurious towels are available for the pool and the bath.
Take pleasure in the mature sub tropic landscaping, including grapefruit, orange, lemon, key lime, coconut, banana and papaya trees that are there for your enjoyment. The gardinia, bouganavilla or frangipani may be blooming while you are here.
Our guests need bring only their personal items and groceries. The house is stocked with everything from linens and towels to hair dryers and clock radios, just like your own home. Come and enjoy a worry free vacation at our beautiful villa. We hope you love our home as much as we do!

This house is extremely accessible,:right off of Del Prado Blvd. The pool was large and very warm. The kitchen was well stocked with many spices and condiments, The appliances and grill were in excellent working order and relatively new. I am looking forward to a return to this property.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. The listing description and photos accurately reflected the house's appearance and amenities. The property was clean and well maintained; there was a man come each week to service the pool and another man to maintain the grounds. The owner was very helpful in providing suggestions of things we might like to see and do in the area which was much appreciated since it was our first time in this particular area of Florida. The owner also assured us that he was only a phone call away if we had any questions and he followed through on that. There is lots to see and do in this area and we are hoping to be able to rent this property for our next winter vacation.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, people with disabilities.

My husband and I stayed at this lovely Florida home last March and loved it. There is more than enough space for even a large group to eat, sleep and relax right at home. Octavius - the floating Octopus, is always happy to hvae some playmates in the pool. Everything that you might need is right there - in the house, on the property or close-by in the nieghbourhood. It has been beautifully renovated and is completely ready. I would recommend it without hesitation.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, people with disabilities.
