  We stayed here during the Coachella Music Festival (Weekend 1). We found this place last minute luckily and were happy to find a home available. When we arrived on Thursday night the home far exceeded our expecations. It was real cozy. The home is nicely decorated. The backyward sets this home apart from the rest we've stayed at in the past couple of years. The stereo system has speakers connected outside. Perfect for relaxing during the day by the pool! The rooms were perfect as well. The kitchen is up to date and very inviting to prepare a meal even though the extent of my cooking over the weekend was scrambled eggs. They have so many floatees for playing in the pool (yea I'm 33, so what?) All in all, I recommend this property. It's very conveniant to the freeways, a couple of blocks from Starbucks, Walgreens, fast food, etc...I was super bummed when I found out someone already reserved for next year. :( I will defintely be bugging Sandy early next year for Coachella 2015.

  I would definately book another stay here. It was a 10 out of 10 for my family. Sandy visited the first day to help with any questions we might have. That was helpful for the pool, air conditioner, gas fireplace, showing the numerous supplies offered for our convienience. I definately recommend this property and after your stay there I"m sure you too will want to come back. Thank You Sandy ...We had a GREAT time....

  Just returned from a month stay and really enjoyed this rental home. Location was great, home was well equipped and accomodated our party of five adults very comfortably. The pool and outdoor space was great. We really enjoyed the rose bushes that were in full bloom during our stay and the endless supply of lemons which we used to make fresh squeezed lemonade from several times. Sandy was great to work with, and handled the one issue we had with the refrigerator right away. Hope to make it back here again soon.

  It was great. We had a wonderful time in Sandys home. Since we were there over Christmas, Sandy had decorated and even left us some presents under the Christmas Tree. There were 4 of us (2 adults and 2 teenage girls), but there was enough space for all of us to co-exist just fine.The home is exactly like the pictures indicate. The property is easy to access and everything that we needed was close by. Thanks again for everything Sandy.

  We've rented from VRBO a half dozen times over the years, this rental was by far the best we've ever had! Very well situated - easy to get anywhere in the Palm Springs-Palm Desert area. The house and pool are in excellent shape, contemporary and meticulously maintained. The house has absolutely everything you need - we inquired if they had a coffee grinder and Sandy went out and bought one for the house before our stay! Tons of pool toys and noodles in the garage. A great value for the area. If we decide to visit again, we will most definitely check with Sandy before booking anywhere else. This house is great for a family (we were 2 couples traveling with one 10 year old) but also equally as good for adult-only group because it so easy to get to downtown Palm Springs. We all loved this property - the 10 year old declared it was his "best swimming vacation ever".

  We loved our stay at Sandy's beautiful home. Spent a lot of time relaxing in the back yard, swimming in the large pool or just chilling in the shade. It's a roomy, comfortable home, and she has supplied everything you might want or need. The location is central and convenient - five minutes to the freeway, five minutes from a big new grocery store, ten minutes to the casino at Agua Caliente, ten or fifteen minutes to Palm Canyon drive (the main drag in Palm Springs). Couldn't think of any negative points - would definitely stay here again...

  From the moment we arrived at the house it felt like home. Everything you could ever need. The 3 bedrooms were extremely comfortable and private. The master bathroom was huge!! The backyard and pool were very impressive, we spent most of our time swimming in the pool. The pool table was a nice touch and we played more than I ever thought. A great place to relax and unwind. Would love to return every year. Thanks for all your hospitally Sandy.

  I can't thank Sandy enough for letting my family stay at her wonderful home for a last minute trip to Palm Springs. This is the third time I have stayed at her house and loved each minute of it. I've done the girls get away, a family trip with my mother and the most recent trip with my husband and girls. Every visit has been relaxing and stress free. Sandy's house has a wonderful pool, patio and bbq area. It's a great family friendly place and she has many activities to keep the kids busy. If we weren't swimming we were playing pool or watching movies. Sandy's home is in a great location, near a parks, stores and a nice drive into town if you want.. Many thanks.   Just got back from a truely fantastic vacation!. The house Sandy provides is spectacular and has everything you need or could think of- from candles in the pool for entertaining, to martini glasses and a shaker for drinks, and all the small touches like books spread throughout the house. I especially loved the outdoor speakers for enjoying the beautiful backyard. I was so glad to see that the grass in the back yard looks even better than the pictures and the pool is big and perfectly shaped for swimming or multiple people to enjoy at one time. The spa is great too. I know I am mentioning the little things, but Sandy really knows that is what makes a vacation house great for it's guests. The entertainment was great with a TV in every room, a great indoor/outdoor stereo system, various floats for the pool, and a perfect pool table for fun. I will definitely be back again. At nighttime the backyard was so relaxing with a cool breeze blowing through the palm trees in the yard. I can't say enough about how serene it was. Thank you so much, Sandy, I will be visiting PS I Love You again. Oh and I almost forgot to mention I have been back home for only 2 days and I have already received my deposit check. Sandy knows how to take care of her guests and she made everything as smooth as possible to make my vacation a great one. Thanks again, Sandy. One more thing-I know from researching VRBO that it seems all reviews are positive. I can tell you from experience they are not, but that is not the case with Sandy and her home. It was exactly as described and the pictures are accurate, if not a little modest, as the house is even better in person. Take care.

  Owner response: Thanks for the kind words Gerard. Every time I'm out there, I check on supplies, and if there's something I need or want, I go get it. Because if I needed or wanted it, someone else will too. It also helps that I was a vrbo customer for years myself, and if I had to go buy my own pool floats, because there were none, or clean up pieces of glass at the pool, because the house had no plastic ware for outside, I would not return. So I have a pretty good idea of what my guests want and need. And I just really want people to enjoy their stay. ;-)

  The owner let us check in as early as we wanted, and depart as late as we wanted because there were no tenants back to back on our stay. We had a wonderful time in this beautiful home. It is so spacious that our 2 dogs got to run like crazy. In fact they were rather depressed when we got back to our small home. It had every thing you could ask for and more. I have already recommended this place to several of my friends. I loved it soooo much, I never left the house! Oh, and we got our deposit back in 3 days! :}
