Myself and 2 friends age (early 20's) rented this house for the weekend and I have to say it was better than expected. The photos posted are acurate however still do not do it justice. The house really has an open feeling to it and it makes it all the more enjoyable in my opinion. As far as Robert (the owner) he was a really genuine guy and was always willing to help. When I was initally looking for a vacation rental I was very particular about the reviews that were written so I hope finds the readers well. If your looking for a place that has a "homey" feeling this is it, its really nice yet practical for most needs. The cab ride to and from the strip were like 15 bucks and it was really easy to navigate to and from there. The surrounding area is also very nice with a lot of stores and places to eat, which are VERY close by so theres not much of a hassel for out of towners to find an get what they need. The airport is like 5 minutes away and the rental car drop of is probably 2 minutes (My favorite part). All in all I had a great time at this house and would deffinetly consider renting again and I hope this review helps with others in the future.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.

We just got home last night from this gorgeous house! We had such a great time (five male friends aged 24-30) and will be coming back again. The owner was easily accessable via phone when there was a minor issue with the pool, he had the pool guys over in less than an hour! Great location, cabs only cost about 15 bucks from the house to the strip. Loved it!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.
