  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this wonderful condo. It was so nice to wake up and drink my morning coffee on the balcony. The view is amazing. We enjoyed walking on the beach and laying out by the pool. The location is just perfect, close to stores and many restaurants. We will definitely be back. Thank you Michelle!!!

  My friends and I were swept off our feet when we opened the door to this penthouse suite! The unit was immaculate and even more gorgeous than the pictures. There were flat screen TV's in the living room and the bedroom. The kitchen was already set up with everything you would ever need to cook dinner or make your morning coffee. There were three of us staying here, so we did utilize the pullout couch bed, both beds were extremely comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. The most breathtaking part of this adorable penthouse suite was the balcony and its view. The most relaxing part besides being able to spend your days sunning yourself on the beach, was being able to fall asleep with the balcony doors open while listening to the waves crashing, seeing the moonlight reflect off the water, and feeling the ocean breeze. Best sleep I've ever had! I highly recommend setting your alarm clock for around 6:30am to watch the sunrise... it's an absolutely stunning sight to be seen. The location of this property is a quiet tucked away part of New Smyrna Beach, it was not crowded at all, not too many tourists, and the other people staying at the condo were all very friendly. Very peaceful getaway from life's hectic schedule. We did not want to leave! We will definitely be back and hopefully make this our yearly getaway destination. Worth every penny and then some! Everyone should be so lucky to have this experience!

  New Smyrna Beach is a delightful community. Our location was perfect, the beach directly in front of us and the sounds of the surf day and night. The condo was clean and well maintained, we particularly enjoyed visit to Kennedy Space Center, and Blue Springs State Park, Daytona Beach, and the Canaveral National Seashore. Great resturants, and easy to get around, and find parking. We would go back to New Smyrna Beach.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, sightseeing.

Dear Michelle: Thank you for the phone call to our home to make sure we got the check-in information, there wasn't anything we needed... it was all (at your condo) waiting for us. We had a WONDERFUL time. Your condo was just the right size for us. Very comfortable and adequate. But the absolute BEST was the sound of the waves on the shore and the beautiful view!!! Our weather was perfect except for the day we spent at the Race, and that didn't really matter. The plan is to retire in 4 years and Florida is back on the list. My husband can have his 4-bay garage if we can live on the coast. Thank you so much for allowing us to rent for a partial week. You may hear from us again a year from now. Met high school friends and enjoyed the Daytona 500. Couldn't ask for anything more ... except a few more days. We feel like this is our home. Perfect condo for us.

  Taken from the Guest Book in my condo: Dear Michelle, We enjoyed your home in NSB so very much! We had a wonderful week! Thanks for your lovely card and the gift of coffee. We had wonderful weather all week, and enjoyed visiting Smyrna Dunes Park and Canaveral National Seashore. The view from the balcony was fabulous. We enjoyed sitting out there with coffee in the morning, and wine in the evening. We enjoy Ballroom dancing and friends took us to a couple nice dances in Daytona. Thanks for providing us with such a lovely and well-equipped condo. We WILL be back!

  I have rented numerous VRBO's, and this was the most spartan and ill equipped unit I have been in. I would ask the owners to live in the unit for a few days and realize how ill equipped it is. Please replace the over sink microwave with a working unit. Adding a cheezy underpowered stand alone unit on top of the frig is just ridiculous. The dishwasher did not work, and there was only one set of four place settings in the unit. Basically after any meal you were cleaning every dish in the place. Please get some non-stick fry pans and cookware. Last time I used steel frying pans I was cooking on a campfire in Boy Scouts. Hard to cook with, even harder to clean. Spend a few bucks and upgrade the unit in just about every aspect, except for the view!

• Our 'Get Away'!!!

  Our four days went by much too quickly. It has been a perfect get away. We checked in late afternoon on Friday, October 19, 2012, just in time for a glass of wine and snacks from the wonderful welcome basket, and enjoy the view from the 'pent house balcony'. Went to dinner at Norwoods and enjoyed the food and atmosphere very much. Back to the condo, early to bed, early to rise! Couldn't miss the sunrise which was spectacular. Got lots of good pictures. Lazy Saturday morning lingering with coffee on balcony, then lunch at the Breakers with local family. Best Burger Ever! Sunday, we went for a late brunch at the Grille at Riverview. Loved this place, would definitely go back. Walks on the beach, sunning around the 2 pools, exploring the area, napping, etc, etc. Could not have been a better trip. Looking forward to reserving this comfortable, convenient, well equiped condo frequently in the future. There are many more things to see and do and many more restaurants to try and the accommodations were the best. Thank you for providing so many extras.

  My daughter and son-in-law met at Coconut Palms four years ago. We reserved this condo for them to stay in for their wedding/honeymoon. The sixth floor end unit was perfect for the occasion. The sunrise wedding on the beach was amazing. The views of the sunrises/sunsets from the balcony were beautiful. Loved the view from both the bedroom and living room. Convenient to cute little shops on Flagler Avenue. Favorite restaurants: The Garlic, Norwood's and Blackbeard's Inn.
