WALKING PATH TO BEACH DIRECTLY ACROSS THE STREET
Private, immaculate, large home, wooded lot, short walk to the beach. Behind second gate in the Vanderhorst Plantation - 156 Bluebill Court, very large yard, decks all around the house. Spacious bathrooms and bedrooms including one king bed, two queen beds and two twin beds.
Two large couches can be used for sleeping, also. Sales tax and cleaning fees included in rent. Fully equiped kitchen for those who wish to cook - everything you need is there. Large dining room table seats 10. Our favorite room in the entire house is the screened in porch with rocking chairs watching the wild life right in our back yard. Two car limit - no parking allowed on streets.

Owner Description
We are from Ohio and we have 5 adult children and 4 grandchildren. My husband is a CPA and Investment Broker. I assist my son at his funeral home. We adore our grandchildren and spend every minute possible with them. We all love our home on Kiawah and enjoy vacationing there as much as possible. We also love sharing our home with others.
Why the Owner Chose Vanderhorst Plantation
We chose to purchase a home on the Island as it's like no other. It's beach and forest all in one spot. The nature there and the many wildlife that live on the Island is heavenly. The gorgeous beach is breathtaking. We have never been anywhere like this. We really enjoy the privacy and the small amount of people on the beach. It's our heaven.
The Unique Benefits of this House
We enjoy sitting on our screened in porch and admiring the deer and all the wildlife that comes to our yard. We love riding bikes on all of the bike paths or taking walks to the beach. We are in heaven when we go to the ocean course or the Sanctuary for lunch. In the evenings after a long day at the beach we enjoy Freshfields for ice cream and shopping. Not to mention we are close to the wonderful town of Charleston - loaded with things to do......
