The 450 square meters large, secluded Finca-Chalet with private pool on the northern outskirts of Palma de Mallorca is perfect for families and groups up to 20 people. The popular holiday resort consists of a main house, outbuildings with studio, courtyard with BBQ, a large pool area and three garden areas. There are 9 spacious bedrooms with air conditioning, 4 bathrooms and 2 livingrooms in a fenced 3000 sqm premises. In the cozy Mallorcan kitchen with fireplace are all modern Domestic Appliances and plenty of dishes for an enjoyable holiday available. The characteristic property will be rented all year round and also on weekends, for Companies outings or club trips, ideal because of its proximity to Palma and the sea.

We had a lovely stay at the chalet, it was quiet and the pool was exactley what we were after. The only problem was that on arrival in palma most taxis did not know where the place was, so i'd recommend printing off all instructions in both spanish and english, and printing off a map (google earth)Recommended for: Girls getaway.
Owner response: Thanks for your comment. We supply all our guests per e-mail with a map and a plan how to get to our houses in three languages. Also we send by e-mail after the inquiry the exactly address with coordinates GPS and Googlemap link of our houses. But of course Majorca is a small complicate island with many small addresses and bad taxi drivers like anywhere in the world. **smile** Thanks for your visit.

Nach einer phantastischen Woche in Son Daviu sind wir wieder gut in Deutschland angekommen. Es hat uns auf der Finca ausgesprochen gut gefallen und wir hoffen, dass wir auch alles so verlassen haben, wie wir es übernommen haben. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und der Vermieter war sehr professionell. Vor allem wegen dem Preis, Gesamteindruck, Pool, Internet, Größe des Hauses, gutem Service und der Nähe zu Palma haben wir die Finca gebucht. Alles entsprach 100%ig der Wirklichkeit wie im Internet beschrieben, der Aufenthalt war für uns erfolgreich und schön. Jederzeit würden wir wieder sehr gerne dieses Ferienhaus buchen für einen Gruppenurlaub und es Freunden und Familie auch empfehlen. Der Hausverwalter hat uns pünktlich und kompetent zur Schlüsselübergabe im Anwesen empfangen und hat alle wichtigen Punkte mit uns durchbesprochen. Wir waren mit der Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter zufrieden, mit dem Ferienhaus im allgemeinen mittelmässig zufrieden. I hope that you are well, once again thanks for your help, we preferred the chalet very much to the villa, we loved the courtatd etc., we hardly spent anytime in the chalet itself. We replaced the ping pong balls which were broken. Once again thanks for helping us out with ordering taxis etc., strange that all taxi companies struggled to find the lace even though they had Tom Tom. Morning, I hope that you are well: Once again thanks for your help, ..., and in the end I preferred the Finca-Chalet... loved the courtyard bit etc, we hardly spent anytime in the villa itself, other than to sleep and cook. As I mentioned one glass was broken, and a few table tennis balls were broken, but I had brought 12 new balls with me anyway, so they were all replaced. ... I am happy to write a great review on the place. Once again thanks for helping out with taxi’s etc, strange was, that all taxi companies struggled to find the place even though they had Tom Tom... Wir waren mit Ferienhaus sehr zufrieden, gebucht haben wir wegen dem Gesamteindruck, der Größe des Hauses, dem Pool und Garten, der Nähe zum Meer, der großen Betten und der Nähe zu Palma wegen. Das Inserat entsprach fast hundertprozentig der Wirklichkeit. Wir würden dieses Haus auf jeden Fall wieder für einen Urlaub buchen und an Freunde weiterempfehlen. Wir haben eine gute Zeit in der Finca verbracht. Die jüngsten Mitfahrer haben natürlich etwas bedauert, dass sie "so weit weg waren von der großen Party am Ballermann". We had a charming stay in the Finca villa in for a long weekend in October. The villa was very spacious for our group of 10 people and set in lovely grounds. The villa was well appointed with everything you would need in the kitchen and the added bonus of a large built in barbeque outside which we utilised during our stay. Beautiful large pool with plenty of sun loungers allowed us to spend most days relaxing by the pool. The house keeper who lives beside the house in her own property was very helpful on arrival. She was always on hand to help and book taxis as required when we wanted to go into Palma in the evening. Due to the location car hire is essential, but only a 15 minute drive from Palma, if you want take a taxi in the evening.
