Isn't it 'ABOUT TIME' for a vacation on the beautiful gulf coast? This newly built two story home has ocean views and is only a 10 second walk to the white sands of the gulf. Our custom built home was designed with a reverse floor plan.
The ground floor features three bedrooms with two full baths and large patio. While the second floor takes advantage of the spectacular views, ocean breezes and gorgeous sunsets. The entire 2nd floor is open and airy. It contains a large great room, dinning room, spacious kitchen and half bath. Step outside the french doors and you will find yourself on the second floor deck and covered balcony with beautiful Gulf of Mexico views. Perfect for relaxing in the shade or warming in the sun.
The Master Suite contains a king size bed with private bath. The guest bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed while the kids
bedroom has twin bunk beds and a full size sofa bed. A pull out sofa bed is located upstairs as well.
Step into the fenced backyard and take a dip in the pool or bask in the sun. There is additional boat or RV parking in the back as well.
The house is located at 114 2nd Street in Mexico Beach. Our house is a stones throw from the beach, yet it is not located directly on busy Highway 98. This provides a quiet, safe street for your children and pets to play and enjoy the beautiful outdoors.
This is a pet friendly home for dogs less than 25lbs. There is an additional $75 pet cleaning fee.

I booked 'About Time' at the last minute for a quick trip to the beach. The front porch view is so relaxing and the house is on a very quiet street yet very close to the beach. The interior furnishings are extremely nice and the house itself is probably one of the cleanest vacation homes I've ever stayed. I'd strongly recommend 'About Time' for anyone looking for a nice relaxing trip to the beach without all of the tourists.Recommended for: Girls getaway, pet owners, families with young children, age 55+.

Our family arrived to a wonderfully clean and charming new home. It had all the amenities you could ever need. Working with the owner was easy and affordable. They are also dog-friendly. The pool made a welcome addition to being able to walk across the street to the beach. Everything was in working order and very comfortable. We even met the neighbors on both sides of the house and they were great too. This is a family-friendly house and neighborhood, not party-central. Every room had a TV, DVD player, phone and working wifi.Have been to Mexico Beach before and stayed in a hotel. Won’t be doing that again now that we have found "About Time"!Recommended for: Girls getaway, pet owners, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway.

The house was great and exactly as described. It was very clean. The pool was nice, but we were unable to take full advantage of it due to the rain. The location is absolutely wonderful. The few times we were able to make it down to the beach, it was we were the only ones there. The house is located on the east side of Mexico Beach, not where all the motels and condos are, so it was not the least bit crowded, quite the opposite actually. We loved it. And the king bed in the mater was very comfortable to us. It is quite firm, but that is how we like ours. The only thing I would recommend is the bring some games. It rained 80% of the time we were there and we were quite bored most of the time. The owners did have a few cards and lots of puzzles. But I would recommend you bring some other board games or something. Overall though, we were 100% satisfied and will definitely be returning, hopefully without the rain.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.

My time here was wonderful. We had a great view of the sunset right from the deck of the house. Due to the time of year we were here we didn't get to use the pool. I would like to stay at this house again. If I could give this house 10 stars I would.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway.
