This place was great. Great big family room and kitchen which is where we spent our time when not in the pool. Can wait to go back! Hopefully same time next year.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Great house, very comfortable and well stocked. Privacy is an issue during the day since the cart path is literally right behind the pool. Made a lot of friends everytime a cart pulled up, also returned a few balls when they didn't hit the green. We are golfers and realize we are staying on a golf community, however, this was really too close if you want privacy. Other than that, the house was accurately reflected and we enjoyed our stay.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, girls getaway.

This house rental exceeded all our expectations! What a great entertaining house. Listing and photos do not do the property justice, it is even more beautiful in reality. The house and grounds were beautiful and well maintained, location superb and the whole process of dealing with Cindi and Bob was seamless. Any issues or concerns were dealt with immeadiatly. All golf courses are nearby and easy to book. A great experience and we will be back, hopefully next year. Have already passed information on to friends. The only thing missing was a nearby Starbucks ha ha!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

My husband and I enjoyed this well appointed home overlooking the beautiful mountains and the 5th green of the Greg Norman Golf Course. A spacious home that the two of us didn't use to full advantage. We certainly enjoyed the comfort and the cosy fireplaces as well as the superb kitchen. Unfortunately the weather was cool and the pool and hot tub didn't get used. Winter is the desert is variable so we were grateful for the shelter and the blue skies and sunshine on the days it came out. A good bet for multiple couples as there are three nicely separated accommodations and big living spaces.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway.

We had three couples this place was amazing everything you need you have it there we were very happy with the rooms very clean very open would rent it again and again the oweners and the manager were easy to work with......Recommended for: Age 55+.

The house is big and beautiful. The pool is perfect. The casita is a nice option. The kitchen/living room area is big and comfortable and really open. Everything was wonderful, a beautiful home with great views!!.. The garage door opener broke and a sensor to the pool/ spa heater. Fixed quickly and things do happen. If you ever want to trade for a 6000 ft ski home in Bend for Mount Batchelor skiing, let us know. My wife and I and two other couples rented this home in mid March. We came to the desert for the tennis tournament at Indian Wells. Our group has rented other VRBO properties in different areas of the country and we were stunned with the quality and luxury of this home. It is very comfortable, beautifully decorated and located in a wonderful development. The property manager was very accommodating and demonstrated the pool control features during our walk thru. Bravo. We hope to rent it again!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We loved this property! It is a beautiful home with many comforts and conveniences. The kitchen is huge and well stocked. The furniture is very comfortable and the house was very clean and new looking. The back yard overlooks the golf course and the pool and hot tub were great. Location is awesome as far as access to the best golf courses. We enjoyed the Greg Norman course the most. We hope to visit the area again and we would rent the same house.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

About the owner: We live in Orange County California and are the parents of two, beautiful teenage daughters. My husband and I both grew up in Southern California. We enjoy being close to the desert, beaches and mountains. We like going to Disneyland, Angel games and of course, playing golf!
Why the Owner Chose Norman:
I've been vacationing in the Palm Springs area since I was a child. My parents also loved the area so we spent many family vacations in this beautiful desert. When I got married, I shared my love of the desert with my husband and he quickly became a fan and an avid golfer. For many years we spent as much vacation time as we could in the Palm Desert and Indian Wells area, but once we discovered PGA West, there was nothing else like it! We knew that one day, we would spend our retirement years in this wonderful community. Until then....relax and enjoy!
The Unique Benefits at this Estate:
Our vacation home was a brand new, model home when we purchased it. We have been the only owners. We love being right on the 5th green of the Greg Norman course! This golf course has a beautiful desert style, combined with the incredible mountain views, there's nothing else like it! I love to spend mornings on the back patio, enjoying the quiet beauty of the desert. The golf courses are beautiful and very well kept.
We also enjoy eating and shopping at the many wonderful restaurants and stores nearby.
When our girls were younger we took several trips to the Ariel Tramway, especially in the summer when the weather is about 30 degrees cooler at the top. The hiking trails are great and the view is breathtaking!
We also enjoy shows at the local theater and we like visiting the Living Desert. That is something the kids have never outgrown! (either have we)
During the summer months, Soak City is a lot of fun for kids and teens.
We also enjoy just sitting by the pool and soaking up the sun, enjoying dinner on the patio or riding bicycles around the neighborhood. The great thing about this area is that you can do as much or as little as you'd like! That's why we think PGA West is a perfect getaway!
