  This was a beautiful place to stay on our trip to Berkeley. Cute,homey, clean with everything provided to make staying here as easy as to be in our own home. Easy to get to down town Berkeley and easy drive to San Francisco. Great place to rent with children of any age or not. Fenced in yard, private and great for a cookout. Park across the street with community center, basketball courts and baseball fields and pleanty of out door space to run, walk and play. The owner stayed in touch and made herself avalible to answer questions and help in any way. We are happy we stayed here and would love to do so again!!

  The house was comfy and just right for us, my daughter and son inlaw and two year old grandson The house was welcoming and clean. Owner even left a notebook with helpful suggestions..even a listing of nearby eateries! Be sure to try Breads of India, Barneys Burgers and Noah's Bagels. It os also very close to the Shby Bart station, a great help. Downtown Berkeley is a fast drive. My daughter enjoyed that, as she is a Cal grad It is a good house for families, close to everything, with a great park just across the street. The owner was attentive, and fast to act when I called with a minor problem

  I stayed in this lovely Berkeley home for an entire summer and had a wonderful experience. From the cups of coffee I drank at the cute table in the backyard near gorgeous rosebushes and a lemon tree, to the glasses of wine I enjoyed on the couch in the cozy living room, to the quiet bedrooms (with HUGE closets!), I couldn't have asked for a better long-term sublet experience. And, of course, I loved the modern washer and dryer, the easy street parking, the park with tennis courts across the street, the easy access to the best parts of Oakland and Berkeley and to San Francisco, and the friendly neighborhood. Thank you!

  I needed a place to stay in SF hen I took a short job assignment back in '0/10. I had a small dog and so I didn't want to pay for a pet friendly place downtown. Christina met my dog, Max, and allowed me to rent her house w/ him. It was very handy having the park right outside our front door! Plus we were walking distance to food, coffee shops, post office, corner markets, etc. And a short drive to downtown Berkeley. You can even walk to the Bart! Max and I had a great stay at Christina's house. The house is painted cheerfully and it gets great sunlight. I'd rent from her again if I had to go back to SF for work.

  I have recently lived here from January to the end of June and it is a fantastic spot. It's a 15 minute bike ride to the Ashby Bart station. About the same amount of time to the berkeley bowl on foot. It's a short drive to UC Berkeley. It is not too far in from the major freeway (I-80) as well. So, if you have a car you can hop right on the freeway and head out to where you need to go. Also, there's plenty of street parking right in front of the house. Inside of the house is great. All the amenities has everything you need. You pretty much just need to bring clothes and toiletries and you're set. Also, on a nice sunny day the house gets a lot of natural sunlight which really brings the house to life. The backyard is a nice spot for quiet and relaxing to read a book, have a small get together for a BBQ or a tea party, or just to soak in some sun. I don't know what else to say about this house. I really enjoyed my stay for 6 months here while I was working in San Francisco. And if I ever get called back to work up in San Francisco again I will definitely try to stay here again.

$3000 monthly- $900 weekly  $2700 month on 1 yr / $2800 on 6 month lease
$130 per night thereafter, but 1 week minimum stay required
