  I love this place! Super cute and quaint, the owners are attentive and very nice. It's so close to the ocean, plus has a great fenced yard. I loved napping in the afternoon sun in the living room with all the doors open. The rooms are sunny and cozy, and I love the wood floors. Speedy internet was a big plus too. The location can't be beat, close enough to walk to everything - farmers market, coffee shops, antiquing, restaurants, groceries, and of course, Sunset Cliffs and the beaches. But it's also just far enough away from any main street traffic to be very quiet. Plenty of street parking - I never had to park further than directly in front of the house. It had everything I needed and the bed was comfy. I was really able to unwind and settle in. Thanks for a great stay! See you again next time I'm in San Diego!

  As a widow with two dogs, who has rented extensively in California, I can testify to the unbelievable personal attention and concern the owners afforded during my recent stay at their property. As described, the yard is very pet friendly, and the location of the property cannot be beat. I was able to take my dogs to the small beach each day, enjoying the casual camaraderie of other dog owners. When a router became defective, Nicole was over in a flash to replace it. I loved the vintage stove, which worked perfectly, and appreciated little details like a wok that was furnished for use. If looking for "luxury" this property is not for you. But for a charming beach experience with high personal attention, look no further than this property. The integrity and concern of the owners were outstanding.   The location is great, 2 blocks from a cute beach cove. The backyard is nice and green. Great place for small pets since they can run around in the backyard and are welcome at the beach. The house was clean but outdated. We were provided plenty of bath and beach towels, but when they say bring your own toiletries they really mean it. We were provided with less than 1 full roll of toilet paper, and had to use our own hand/bath soap, shampoo, etc. The kitchen was also clean, well stocked with glasses, plates, pots, utensils, dish soap and paper towels, but the stove was only about 80% functional. Considering the price is on par with the 4* hotels in Mission Beach, we expected a little more. The location however does make up for a lot, it felt like a very safe neighborhood and a lot of things are within walking distance.

  We made a split second decision to visit San Diego and Nicole was awesome to work with. In under 24 hours, we had a wonderful little home. She made the rental process easy. The house was just as described and the yard was beautiful. We loved hearing the waves at night. Everything was close, either walking or a short drive. The resturants in the OB are great. Some of the best Vegan and Vegeterian offerings I have ever seen. Some of the neighbors were a little cranky about the parking situation, but all in all a great trip. Can't wait to return.

  A few colleagues and I stayed at this home during a conference. It was very cute, quaint and quiet! The home was a short drive 15 minute drive to the conference making it convenient as well. The house was perfect because we were able to cook and then enjoy our food on the back patio. Nicole is very easy to work with, when we had an issue with the internet, she quickly got it back up and running. Would rent again, but next time for vacation. I would recommended trying that cute little beer tasting room around the corner!

  The Bermuda house is a great place to spend time with your family. My husband, two 20ish sons and I spent several nights there and had a wonderful time. The house is cozy and comfortable and the backyard is a great place to pass the time. Once you get there, you never have to get into the car again; the beach, shopping and a variety of resturants are within walking distance. The house is comfortable and everthing we needed was provided. We would visit again.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+.

  Loved the beach theme and beautifully landscaped backyard. Outdoor shower was great. Nice neighborhood, fun bike riding around town. Everything was perfect and I'll definitely be back. Thanks Nicole!

  We loved this house! It was perfect for our family with three young kids. There was plenty of space to run around in a beautiful fenced yard and a charming bungalow-style house. The house was clean and stocked with all the necessities for a young family. There was plenty of space in the dining area, the beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was safe and friendly. Nicole was excellent to work with. Thank you for an excellent vacation! We'll be back!

50% of all the fees are due to reserve, the remaining balance is due 10 days prior to your arrival. Security deposit will be refunded 10 days after departure.
