We (my husband and I) spent three weeks at this location. We were very pleased with our stay and with the condo accomodations. Our unit was very clean and ready to occupy when we arrived. The little extras like tissue, coffee supplies etc. were very much appreciated. The location was great as the easy access to the beach and John's Pass made our stay quite enjoyable. We would certainly recommend this condo and location to interested family and friends. The staff at the property were well informed and very helpful with our questions and concerns. Thank you and we hope to return in the future.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car.

My daughter, grandchildren and I stayed in this beautiful condo last week. I loved the location. It is so convenient to John's Pass, great little cafes, malls, etc. I only wish it was on the gulf side of the street, but I will consider staying here again. Having a washer and dryer was a plus. I think it is furnished very nicely. Netflix was an added treat.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, sightseeing.
Owner response: Thank you Janet...I'm glad you enjoyed your stay. You and your family are welcomed back anytime...

I enjoyed my visit to Madeira Beach. The place is situated in a very easy access spot. I'm close to the beach and close to St John's Pass. The condo was in great shape, my friends and I had a great time. The spare bedroom with its own balcony was a plus. The bathrooms were clean and the overall place was comfortable. It had everything you need to make your stay pleasant. From forks to air refresheners, I'll definitely be back soon.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children.
Owner response: Michael thank you for the review ...it was a pleasure to have you stay with us and hope to see you again soon.

From the minute you enter the condo one can see this is one well kept place with attention to every detail. From the decorations to the hangers. My wife loved the master bedroom with its freshly scented sheets and cozy ambience. The bathrooms were impeccably clean with more than enough towels. The place makes you feel like you are home with its overall feel and professional styled layout. The two balconies were a plus along with the availability of the owner. In addition, the washer and dryer amenity was very covenant and enhanced the overall stay. My son wants to go back next year, my wife is in love with the place and I am a happier husband because of it. We had a great time and look forward to renting the place again soon.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.
Owner response: Fabian I so pleased that you and your family had a great time while staying in my place. Mi casa es su casa!!! please come again...

When you look at the picture of this building & then check in, your first disappointment is that the listing is at best disingenuous & at worst misleading in that the apt. has a view of the yacht basin. It doesn’t. You have to go on the living room porch & turn to the right to glimpse a portion of the yacht basin. The living room looks onto the parking lot & a 1950’s house. The view from the bedrooms looks onto the parking lot. The screen is frozen open five inches and it won’t move so you can't get onto the balcony or leave the sliding glass door open. The master bedroom window slides up but won't stay up without a stick to brace it open. OTHER CONS: We had two issues that we called the owner on the day we arrived: A: the carpet was filthy in the living room. It looked like a dog relieved itself on the carpet and there were other dirty spots all over the living room. B: the towels were so thin you could see through some of them. THE FIX: The owner did send us different towels the next day & stated that she would not want to stay in a place that had dirty carpet either. However, she never sent anyone to clean them in the entire two weeks we were there. The pillows on the beds were very thin, old, lumpy and smelly. I had to buy pillows to be able to sleep. The blankets, which were folded neatly and put on a shelf in the closet smelled like dogs had used them. The steak knives were ancient and some were broken. The glassware was a collection of odds & ends. The old, battered pots & pans were put into the cupboard dirty so we bought a couple. The WiFi in the building is at best slow & weak. The signal is unbelievably weak and keeps shutting off. If you need to accomplish a bit of work on the internet – forget it. PROS: The bathrooms were spotlessly clean & the refrigerator, stove, dishwasher & microwave were also very clean. The heated salt water pool and hot tub are clean & refreshing with lots of lounge chairs. The management people are extremely nice, very friendly & can’t do enough to help. Conclusion: This apt. looks old, tired & neglected, although the bldg. is only 5 years old. I would never recommend this property nor would I stay there again.Owner response: The pictures speak for themselves. This review was completely mean-spirited and meant to stop people from coming to my condo. I tried to appease this customer but nothing I could do was going to make him happy. I tried to contact him repeatedly to ensure everything was ok but he never returned my calls nor responded to any of my emails.

this was a great place! the location is fantastic. it is a very short walk to all the shops and restaurants at john's pass. the beach is also very close. and even though it is just a short walk to activities and parties, the condo was very quiet. it was the best of both worlds. the property was tastefully decorated and extremely clean. the beds were great. the folks who own the place were very helpful and encouraged me to call them if i needed anything. i would recommend this place to my friends and family. the only complaint i might have is that the photo of the marina view was better than the actual view. not that the view is bad. it is a nice marina view. and if you want a better view i believe there is a "viewing room" in the building. we just walked down to the beach. i also liked this area of madeira beach. the area to the south on the other side of john's pass was run down and a giant, late night, noisy party. the area to the north, reddington beach i think, although nice and upscale, was very quiet like a retirement community. lisa's restaurant about 50 steps to the north was a very good, friendly, upscale restaurant. the friendly fisherman at john's pass was casual and friendly as well. i was very satisfied with this place.Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.
Owner response: Jay...Glad you had an enjoyable and comfortable stay. I will try to get a better picture of the marina but thank you for a balanced review...please come and visit us again...We always strive to please everyone.... mi casa es su casa...Tiffany
