Welcome to the most peaceful vacation you’ve ever had! Enjoy panoramic views of the bay or gulf from every window. Our end unit is so close to the water you can practically fish from the lanai. It feels less like a condo and more like a cruise ship without the Dramamine.
We are located on the north side of Vanderbilt Beach, in a gated community and well away from the road. The building is surrounded on three sides by water and is a short walk to the beaches of Wiggins State Park.
Begin your day with a lazy breakfast overlooking the bay, meander down to largest pool in the area for a morning swim, then pack a lunch and head to the beach. When you’ve had all the sand you can stand, wander back to your gulf view lanai for cocktail hour and greet your dinner companions – the dolphins - feeding on the fish in the bay. Feeling peckish yourself? There are over 100 dining options within five miles of home. A little nightlife perhaps? The Blue Martini is just three miles away. And for tomorrow? Most of the time we just rinse and repeat. If you’re feeling ambitious, there are tennis courts available on site, a public golf course 7 miles to the east, and no shortage of options for shopping, fishing, or any other water sport you can imagine.
Our condo has gone through a major renovation with travertine floors, a completely new master bath, new kitchen with granite counters and upgraded appliances, and has been tastefully furnished. It can comfortably accommodate four (five in a pinch).
