Why the Owner Chose Pelican Preserve:
We first discovered Ft. Myers when we visited friends. We kept returning to the area because of the climate and proximity to the water and the islands of Sanibel, Captiva. There is so much to do within a short driving distance.

We love Pelican Preserve and decided this was where we wanted to buy a home away from home. The community is so beautiful and well-maintained. The Town Center has everything, even a movie theatre and restaurant. We can stay close to home or venture out to watch sunsets and enjoy many wonderful places to dine.
