My family of 7 (2 adults & 5 kids ages 5-10) stayed here for 7 days/6 nights Memorial Day 2013. Being from FL, we often vaca back home in FL but this quickly became our new favorite location. The condo itself is very clean and quiet and comfortable. It is in a beautiful wooded setting with lots of nature all around it. It has a screened in patio that we spent hours on each morn. The trail & fishing pier is behind the condo. The section this condo is in is the closest to the private beach, which was just lovely & quaint & also the closest to the Activity Center with the 3 pools (1 outside heated, inside heated, outside wave w/a sandy beach area), spa (with massage treatments available), golf & a nice restaurant that seats inside and poolside. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We also went to Rehoboth for a nice afternoon (short drive), some outlet shopping nearby, an a boat ride for an Eco Tour. There is also grocery store with meals to go down the street & several restaurants within 10-20 min drive if you feel like even leaving the property. Can't wait to return & explore more of the area.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+.

Hi, my wife and I have stayed there twice, most recently November 16, 2012 weekend. The condo is spacious and well decorated, everything you need. The community is amazing, the gym and pool are both state of the art. We really enjoyed the endless walking trails and beach area by the water too. I highly recommend this condo and community.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with young children, families with teenagers, people with disabilities, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+.

My family and I stayed 8 days in this condo at the Peninsula resort and it is now one of our favorite vacation spots. The condo is beautifully decorated and the amenities are first- class. Our family enjoyed our morning coffee on the screened in deck and from there to our daily workout in the gym/ spa, and then into the wave pool which is spectacular! You are minutes away from 3-4 beaches, but if you don't want to leave the resort, there is plenty for you and your family to do including the local beach on the resort grounds. The Peninsula is definitely a resort to put on your vacation list soon. It was more than the listing described. We are already planning our next visit!!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, age 55+.

The Peninsula is a great place if you want to relax and have fun with the family. The wave pool is great for kids of all ages, we also spent time at the bay beach which was wonderful. The restaurant at the pool offers a nice selection. Plenty to do without leaving the complex. The condo was beautiful and had plenty of room and was very well equipped.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, people with disabilities, girls getaway, romantic getaway, age 55+.
