Our spacious home in Telluride is conveniently located a few hundred yards from the Gondola, the Town Park and all the activities in the heart of town.
The upstairs Great Room has a fabulous kitchen (better than we have in our main home!), wonderful entertaining space, dining space for more than a dozen and a deck with mountain views and a grill. The three main bedrooms all have en-suite bathrooms (two have double sinks and steam showers). Downstairs the bunk room sleeps another four and shares a bathroom with the game room which offers a huge TV, pool table, a queen pull-out bed and a kitchenette.
The downstairs mud-room has ski storage and the laundry room has full-size washer and dryer. You can also relax outdoors in the hot tub. An on-street parking permit is provided for the duration of the rental. There is WiFI throughout the house, free long distance phone calls and DirecTV in the Great Room, Game room and master bedroom. Sorry, no indoor smoking or pets.
Note that the house may be rented in conjunction with the self-contained one bedroom guest house behind the property which has its own kitchen and bathroom.

I rented this home for a company retreat (guy's trip) during Blues and Brews (3 nights). The pictures really don't do it justice, the home is probably the nicest single home rental in Telluride (I've rented several homes in Telluride). It comfortably slept 10 adults all separately and has a great layout. The upstairs living/dining/kitchen area is massive, we were all able to lounge and hang out as well as eat dinner together (huge dining table). Kitchen is fully stocked, we made several meals (for 10 people) easily. The home furnishings are all top notch and very nice natural seating on window daybeds upstairs. There is a great outdoor deck off the living room to lounge. The main-level has 3 master suites, all super nice and comfortable, one of the bathrooms has a steam shower. There is also a hot-tub patio deck access out back, really private, and we were able to store our bikes securely on the back patio. The downstairs area is a great rec room with pool table, bunk room, and really nice TV lounge couches. It's great if you want to have the kids downstairs and adults upstairs, great separation. Once we arrived, I never had to drive anywhere, the house is right downtown, but on a nice side street that is quiet enough for families. There is a nice separate apartment in the back with full kitchen, master suite and living room with fold-out couch that we also rented. The home also came with town parking permits so we were able to park several cars right in front of the home the whole time, made it really easy for offloading our stuff. The owner was great to work with and the property manager is a young family man who lives nearby, and was super helpful when needed. I would highly recommend this home for any large parties or if you have two-three families together, etc.. The accommodations and location are impossible to beat. The home is recently built, finishes are all really nice, and will match/beat any upscale hotel. You can tell the owner built for his family, not to rent. This home will absolutely be my first choice next time I rent in Telluride. I prefer not to deal with the property management companies and found this to be better than anything they can offer. If you don't want to spend $5mil to buy a home in Telluride, rent this place!Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.
