Very cozy and spacious 3 level condo is within walking distance to the beach, Village and Crab Trap.
This family friendly condo has two car garage with elevator for easy access to the other floors. It makes it convenient to load your luggage, groceries, etc. Second floor houses large family room with sofa, love seat and two chairs, tv, dvd, vcr, stereo and open floor plan to dining area and fully equipped kitchen. Half bath is also on this floor. All bedrooms are upstairs with 1 King, 1 Queen and 2 Twin Beds, Two baths and washer/dryer.
Bikes and Gas grill are provided for your enjoyment as well. There is a park next door with skate boarding, swings, and tennis courts. Swimming Pool is located on property.

Then condo was very spacious and well maintained. Location was quiet and peaceful. Helpful information for the area left in the codo. I would definetly recommend to friends.5-29-12Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Condo was perfect for a weekend getaway with the family. We took advantage of the pool on the property, as well as, the park located just next door to the property. We were able to spend time together as a family being able to feel right at home. Everything was really close, but we spent the entire weekend there at the condo. The area was very quiet and we will certainly be returning in the future.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.

We loved this condo!! The location was awesome, all the places we wanted to go were so easy to get to! The condo was very roomy as well. We have two little boys and they had plenty of space to run and play. I was very impressed with how clean it was, which is always important to a mother :)! Our stay at Demere Landing was great and our family made some wonderful memories. We are already planning our next vacation to SSI and look forward to staying at this same condo! It is highly recommended!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
