The property is in the Stoneybrook golf community, an award-winning and one of the top-rated public golf courses in southwest Florida. The second floor unit allows for a great view of the 10th fairway from the screened lanai, which also overlooks a pond and palm trees, providing a lovely view and lots of privacy.
Stoneybrook is a newer, 24-hour, gated community located one mile from Interstate 75, ten minutes from the Southwest Florida International Airport in Fort Myers, and 20 minutes from downtown Naples or the west coast beaches. Across the street from the Miromar outlets and minutes away from Gulf Coast Mall and Coconut Point Mall, plenty of restaurants and shopping are nearby.
Award-winning golf course, a beautiful swimming pool within walking distance, Jacuzzi, playing fields, basketball and tennis courts, playground, fitness center, library, jogging and biking trails. Our two-bedroom condo (sleeps 4-6 people) offers a fully equipped kitchen for 'at home' convenience as well as a washer and dryer.
This unit is beautiful and has all the amenities you need. Make it your home-away-from-home. Just bring your clubs and bathing suit. We even supply the beach chairs and beach umbrella. All utilities are included (except for yearly leases). Basic cable and WiFi Internet included.

My wife and I had a great time here in Jan/Feb. It is very roomy and comfortable and and had everything we needed. Golf, tennis & swimming pools and hot tubs are a short walk away and the residents are very friendly and accomodating. It is very conveniently located with easy access to many lovely beaches, river & bay kayaking, great restaurants and shopping. We visited Bunche Beach, Bowitsch Beach, Barefoot Beach, Lover’s Key & Sanibel Island for great swimming, sailing, hiking & shelling. We will be back soon!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

Rates
Yearly rental available at $1100 per month. The unit is fully furnished, you just need to move in. Monthly rentals as follows: Sept & Oct, 2011 - $1500/month; Nov & Dec, 2011 - $1600/month. Jan, Feb, Mar & Apr 2012 - $2,200/month; May, Jun, May, Jun, Jul, Aug 2012 - $1400. Rentals less than six months will be charged the monthly rate plus 11% tax. There is a $280 application fee for condo association (refundable for full year rentals),a $150 cleaning charge ($500 for yearly), and $500 ($1100 for yearly) security deposit. About the owner: As Pennsylvania natives, we love to travel and see differnet parts our our great country, but when our daughter's basketball team competed in nationals in Estero in 2009, we fell in love with the area and decided to buy a condo! There is plenty of shopping and fine dining to keep Patty happy and the kayaking, fishing and natural areas keep me entertained. We have yet to fail to see dolphins and manatees on our visits to our favorite spots in Lovers Key and Sanibel Island. Allan & Patty
