  Our stay at Lisa's Villa in Punto de Mita was a happy,relaxing, positive and safe family vacation. Upon our arrival we where greeted by Lisa and Araceli (grounds and housekeeper). They where both very friendly and helpful as far as local customs, good restaurants nearby and what to watch out for. For example, the sun is extra hot in Mexico keep 70 + sunblock on whole family! She was also very helpful in setting up services such as massages in the home. Araceli made a delicious breakfast and was very warm and ready to help as we needed. The Villa is a spacious beautifully kept home with five spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, two hammock areas, a pool and jacuzzi. The big back yard we used for playing soccer and whale watching. The house stays nice and fresh during the day and was nice to retreat to after a long day staying active out in the sun and beach. It's proximity to the Four Seasons resort and amenities was definitely something we will return for! Another nice perk was having Miguel the personal chef whom Lisa referred us to cook wonderful, creative, local as well as international meals for the whole family and guests. He was very personable, friendly and even accommodated the smallest persnickety members of our group! In short we had a fabulous, fun and safe experience. We look forward to returning to Punta Mita!

• Amazing villa

  Our family stayed in this beautiful spot to celebrate my husband's and my 20th wedding anniversary. The villa was perfect in every way! Each bedroom was wonderfully appointed, the bathrooms were amazing and the view was to die for! My children are mostly adults, and everyone felt like they had their own space with plenty of area to be together as well. Our daily breakfasts were delicious and the use of the Four Seasons made this a particularly memorable vacation! Be sure to rent a golf cart to get around! The owner Lisa is amazing and helped us out with dinner reservations and in-home massages. Just a magical place! We hope to go back soon!

  My family stayed at Villa 14 over Thanksgiving this year and we had the very best time! Villa 14 is absolutely gorgeous. We are a family of 6 and there was plenty of space for each of us, but it wasn't too big that we didn't get to see each other. The layout is perfect and the views are beautiful. Lisa Bruno also has impeccable taste, and she was very pleasant to work with. Lisa was so helpful as I was planning a surprise renewal of the vows for my Parents. She was very responsive to my questions and offered wonderful suggestions and vendors. My family had the most wonderful and memorable vacation. I would highly recommend staying at Villa 14 on your trip to Punta Mita and creating wonderful memories with your loved ones.

  In our 18 years of marriage, this vacation is by far our favorite site due mainly to this Punta Mita Four Seasons property! Spacious and relaxing.......quiet and beautiful! My husband enjoyed his fishing excursion while I relaxed at the 4 seasons spa......a perfect day! We enjoyed several 5 star restaurants during our stay. The most memorable was when the 4 seasons prepared my husbands yellow fin tuna which weighed 135lb ! Every afternoon we would lay in hammock and drinks our margaritas by our pool. A perfect vacation! We are booking this same property for fall of 2013 !

  The experience I had at this Villa was nothing short of spectacular! The views were soothing and tranquile. The accomidations were first rate and very comfortable. Since it's situated within the Four Seasons Property, I felt very secure. There are a number of resturants available both inside and outside the Hotel. I would definately recommend this property to friends and relatives and have on a number of occasions.

  Wow! We love Villa Pelicanos! We had the best holiday ever last July staying there. My husband and I and our 4yr old little girl had a super relaxing and fun vacation. We have been coming to Villa Pelicanos now for 8yrs and loved it as a romantic getaway before we had our baby but since it has proved to be such an easy place to take kids and still fit in alittle romance amidst all the great activities to do. I rent baby equipment from a fabulous company that delivers from Puerto Vallarta everything from babyfood and diapers to cribs, high chairs, beach toys and jogging strollers that have made my holiday so much easier as my little one is always taken care of and I don't have to pack it all and try and take it with me! Fabulous Nanny at the Villa and also Four Seasons kids club is amazing at keeping her entertained even if the weather isn't always perfect for the beach. The bedrooms are cozy and comfortable and the villa itself is decorated beautifully but also kid friendly. There is a beautiful pool at the villa that can have babygates put up all around it and also lovely pools at the hotel which is just a short walk/golf cart trip away. The beach is also lovely and is easy access for little ones swimming. We have visited there aswell in an adult only group and have loved going to all the local restaurants and having a chef come up to cook in for us aswell. The golf, horseback riding, snorkelling and kayaking amenities are all fantastic and there really is something for everyone there. Whether you want to laze in a hammock all day with a good read or get up and do yoga on the beach or go for a run on the wonderful jogging trails and have an action packed day, Punta Mita has it all. We were concerned because of the bad reputation that Mexico has been getting on the news especially travelling with a toddler but we have been going once or twice a year for the last eight years and have never had a problem whatsoever. In fact I think it's safer there than Houston, TX! Overall I thoroughly recommend this Villa as the perfect vaction. Lisa the owner is so hospitable and generous and the Nanny/Housekeeper is a delight - my little girl loves her. Hope to go back soon!

  Where do I begin... Upon arriving we walked in to a absolutely beautiful home that was well maintained, decorated perfectly, had an amazing yard and view, and we felt comfortable immediately and right at home. The space was perfect for us (our kids are older teens). We had privacy when we wanted it, as well as lovely gathering areas and an amazing yard for us to spend time together as a family. We usually stay at Four Seasons Resorts in the hotel. What was perfect for us was we were on the Four Seasons property, but had the space, amenities and privacy of a home. It could not have been more perfect. The lovely owner, Lisa, was more than helpful and attentive prior to arriving as well as the entire stay. She was there for anything we might have needed and was just a phone call away! Lisa arranged a golf cart for our use to be at the Villa upon our arrival, she made reservations for us at entertaining restaurants to enjoy. Truly anything we might have wanted she would have had arranged. Her suggestions and her wonderful personality helped to make our vacation absolutely perfect and a memory of a lifetime! My husband, 3 children and I, have all decided we will be coming back as soon as all of schedules can allow! Maybe, since the kids are so busy, we will come back without them so it can be even sooner! I can honestly say this was one of the most relaxing, fun, absolutely perfect vacations I have taken. Truly a perfect 10!!!

• Paradise!

  This beautifully maintained property is a tropical paradise. Perfect weather, luxury accomodations with a Mexican flair for up to 4 couples, and a commanding sunset view. Two Jack Nicklaus golf courses, new tennis club, beautiful beach club, water sports, spa, and great restaurants all on the gated 1500 acre development. In-house massage, food service and many other services available 24/7. The owner is a local interior designer who knows the surrounding area very well, and who is happy to make recommendations on things to see and do. I would definitely recommend staying here. You'll love this place.
