From the time of booking to the time of departure our hosts were extremely helpful and provided us with a beautiful condo in a great location. Very clean, comfortable and well- furnished. Couldn't have been more please with our accomodations.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We stayed at the condo for a weekend, everything was great easy to access and condo was comfortable. We would defiantly stay here again!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

We loved staying in this well-appointed, beautiful condo. From the nice kitchen cabinets and granite counters to the outdoor balcony with great views....we felt like we were truly on vacation. The owner did a fine job in the booking process and in making sure we had the directions to the property and how to access it. It sure was nice staying in the Biltmore area where we could walk to the Biltmore Fashion Plaza, to the nearby movie theater, and easily get to the freeway. We would stay at this property again in a heartbeat!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

I rented this condominium for the last 8 months. After meeting a few people in the building, it is obvious the owner made many changes that really makes this place the nicest I've seen. Hardwood floors, bricked pillar, open floor plan, balcony that overlooks west side of town. Two covered spots have been nice for guests. Front load washers, flat screens in every living space. Can't think of anything else I needed! Location...if you are not familiar with Phoenix, the Biltmore is the most convenient place to live. Upscale shopping two blocks away, the best breakfast place in town is two miles away (Le Grande Orange). Some of the most recognized names are close. I recommend The Rokerij, Richardsons, The Vig, Chelseas Kitchen, North, Postino's Wine Bar are all within two miles of here. Have an Apple? Apple store 1/4 mile away. I will definitely return if I have a long term contract in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.
