  This was our 2nd time staying at this beautiful ocean front home. We travel to BHI every year for a long girls weekend and this is one of our favorite places to stay! Love the open concept and panoramic views of the ocean. You can watch the sunset right from the deck! LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!

  We stayed the week of wedding in late September and could not have been happier with Beauty at the beach! The pictures do not do this house or the view justice. The view was unbelievable and we saw porpoises playing near the beach almost every day. The house is beautiful and perfectly kept up with any cooking tool you will need. The master bedroom is huge and has a shower with six (6!) shower heads. Mike was fantastic. The entire process was easy and stress free. He was fine with a bridal shower being hosted there and when a board on the downstairs deck broke he was there within the hour to fix it and couldn't have been nicer. This house and owner made for a great, stress free wedding week. Thank you! PS...golf arts were top notch as well

  What a joy! Truly the correct name--Beauty at the Beach. This grandmother and grandfather got to spend a beautiful time with our children and grandchildren. Lovely decor in open, comfortable home out to a panoramic view through wonderful wall of windows to the ocean. New, updated appliances. Great property manager--very accommodating and accessible when we had questions. Our first time "crabbing" over at the Creek Access area. Simple, fun thing to do. WE CAUGHT OUR FIRST CRAB! What a beautiful Carolina Blue Crab. Fun, Fun! Hope we can rent this one again. Not a huge home but perfect for us. Three Bedrooms--one for grandparents, one for parents, and one for two young grandchildren plus two baths . Perfect!

  This house was absolutely beautiful! We stayed here for my wedding in May and chose this as the bridesmaid house since it was so peaceful and beautiful. The house was very well furnished and all of the rooms (including the kitchen and bathrooms) were updated. The view was absolutely amazing and we saw dolphins several times from inside the home. I was also impressed by the owner as he was very responsive to our requests and mailed our deposit back immediately. The home was well worth the price and I would definitely stay at this house again!

  We took a girls trip for 3 nights here at the end of April. This place was amazing!! I loved the open floor plan so when we were all hanging out cooking and relaxing everyone was together. It was great to have 2 golf carts. The views were great, and it was awesome to have the beach parking so close to the house. When we had a flat tire on the golf cart the owner came immediately and took care of it! I also loved having towels and linens there. They even had trash bags paper towels and dish soap and dishwasher soap waiting for us. We all want to go back again next year!!!!

  What a lovely home perfectly situated at dunes and waters edge. A great size for a family or two. Nicely appointed and well kept home. We felt at ease right away. This home will stay on my "return to" list.

  To tick off the questions: location description was 100% accurate - beautiful beachfront, small kids could go ahead of us to the beach on their own - breathtaking views even from inside. Furnishings, etc. better than photos show! Fabulous laundry room, not mentioned but very appreciated since we were traveling for 2 weeks from Switzerland with only 4 days worth of clothing. Tons of GOOD beach towels were provided as well. Beds super comfy, everything clean clean clean! Owner brought extra sheets for kids and helped us with questions right away, made us feel at home. Can recommend this place, and the owners, unequivocally! We loved the club (more than the other one!) and loved Old Baldy and the alligator lookout; although we didn't see the alligator, we checked twice a day! Carts, bikes, beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, grill, all in great shape and much appreciated. We had a blast. We are 2 families of 4, so the rooms were just right for privacy and space. The 4 kids had plenty of room on the trundles, and loved being all together in their own room. One of us is a chef, so 'we' cooked all our meals at home, and not a thing was missing. We grilled fish and made fancy skillet breakfasts, beautiful salads and pastas, it was paradise for 5 days.

  Heaven on Earth, is how we would describe "Beauty at the Beach"! Amazing ocean front property!!! The property is beautifully decorated, with new appliances. Beauty at the Beach had everything that we as a family of 5 needed. All the extras were very nice to have, extra blankets, towels, soap etc!!! It is an a perfect location close to country clubs and market. Beauty at the beach is a fantastic amazing oasis that we can't wait to get back too! The owners of the property were very kind and professional. Counting down to the time that we can visit again!!! Many Blessings, Long Family

  WOW!! Our family just returned from a wonderful stay at Beauty at the Beach. We are already looking at the calendar to plan our next stay. And in the meantime I think I will sneak back for a girl’s only weekend!!! Truly great accommodations that you just cannot say enough about, from the wonderfully stocked kitchen to the master suite, everything is very clean and comfortable. Not to mention the view, we watched ships come and go as well as dolphins playing each day we were there. I wish I could post a picture because our second night there the sunset was just amazing. The owner is very prompt and courteous,very helpfu to me while planning our stay and during our time there. Do not hesitate to make this your vacation destination!!! Great grill, golf carts and bicycles. I also need to thank the staff at Maritime Market for there courtiousness during our visit very close to their closing time, everyone on the island was very nice and helpful.

  Our family of 6 adults and 1 child stayed in this gorgeous home for 2 nights. It was perfect for us all. Trundle bed for the child worked great. Owner was very helpful in answering all my questions and was always available as needed. The ocean view from this home is unbelievable. Large windows overlooking the ocean. Spectucular sunrises and sunsets. Very clean comfortable home with modern, updated furnishings. House was even better than the pictures show. The home is very centrally located. We took advantage of the 2 golf carts and had fun touring the island. Loved climbing to the top of Old Baldy. Views were spectacular. We also took advantage of the Bald Head Island Golf Club. Fabulous golf course! Food in the restaurants there was excellent. Our only complaint is that we didn't stay on Bald Head Island and in this perfect home long enough! Can't wait to return and will definitely hope to stay in this home again.
