Our St. John estate is a cool blend and balance of old Caribbean style with upscale modern design. Native stonework embodied with accentuating seashells form welcoming arches. Granite counter tops and Travertine tiles compliment groovy Brazilian hardwood floors. Each room has it own characteristics and it own perspective of the endless horizon. The 14-bedroom estate accommodates up to thirty four (28) persons (34 with addition of aerobeds in a pinch).
Winding stairs lead to a rooftop privacy sunning and hot tub lounge that provides a spectacular panoramic view of Turner Bay, neighboring cays and eastern St. Thomas across Pillsbury Sound. Perfect sunsets and sunrises are worth the visit. The centerpiece of Sea Shore Allure is our Havana Blue Pool and Tiki hut located just steps from the waters edge on a coral deck. Get personal with our pebble beach and look for treasure washed ashore. The Tiki hut has it all - a poolside fridge, wet bar, dining area and even a flat-screen satellite TV.
Enjoy the wonderful view of the Caribbean Ocean with a relaxing afternoon at the pool. This is so much nicer than a crowded resort.

We are well-known in the community as we are active participants in the economy of St. John, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Come, pull up a lounge chair and stay for a while. Why Turner Bay:
The proximity of Sea Shore Allure's location to the town of Cruz Bay was one of the main factors in our decision to build our condominium property in this spot. You can walk into town through old Cruz Bay, or you may quickly drive there, where there is access to shopping and dining venues. We like the closeness to the VI National Park, the Audobon Society's Wildlife Refuge area, and even our island's public tenis courts. And, then of course, there is the fact that we are right on the water!
