Our vacation home is situated on a beautifully decorated premium conservation lot with a South facing private pool and hot spa with extended pool deck for your pleasure sunbathing and relaxing.
There are 2 Luxury suites. Our Luxury King-size bed master suite with cable TV, DVD/VCR/MP3/CD Player, its own private en-suite bathroom and sliding door direct to the pool! Our Junior master suite with Luxury Queen-size bed, en-suite bathroom, Cable TV and VCR. The third and fourth bedrooms each have 2 twin-size beds, and they share a bathroom with double sinks.
Our Family room has BIG Screen 45" TV, DVD/VCR/MP3/CD Player, Playstation 2, High-Speed WI-FI Wireless Internet Access with Your own laptop or computer. Our living room has a sofa and 2 swivel rockers chairs. The dining room has table and chairs seating 6 and the nook area has table & 4 chairs.
Our kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances, such as microwave oven, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, four slice toaster, blender, electric can opener, cooking utensils, pots and pans, dishes and utensils etc. All bed and bath linens are provided. There is a full-size washer, dryer and vacuum cleaner. Also, an iron, ironing board and two hairdryers have been provided.
Our South-facing private pool and hot spa is on an extended deck facing ideal Conservation View for privacy. On our extended pool deck, there is a 4-chair patio set with umbrella shade!
Our friendly and professional management company is conveniently located inside the Terra Verde Resort Clubhouse and they are available for any emergencies or problems.

We have stayed at the Park's Terra Verde home and it was beautiful! From the time we were looking to book a home to the time that we arrived in Florida, the Park's have been most helpful with all our questions. It truly was a home away from home. We loved the Pool and the Hot Spa and it was great looking out at the woods instead of someone else's backyard! We just want to say that it was perfect for our family and we had the best time.
