Heritage Bay is the newest Lennar golf community in North Naples featuring 27 challenging holes. The Heritage Bay Clubhouse is a two story 37,000 square foot facility housing a pro shop, full service locker rooms, bag storage, billiard room, card room and saunas. Next to the clubhouse is the fitness center, health and beauty spa, resort style pool with chickee bar. Seven lighted tennis courts. Biking paths are available throughout the entire gated community.

Why the Owner Chose Heritage BayBest golf, tennis, and amenities. We vacationed in Naples several times and decided this was the place to buy a vacation home. We chose this veranda for it's privacy and upgraded features.
The Unique Benefits at this CondoYou will love the ammenities of this location. We enjoy the privacy of our rear lanai and the quiet front lanai. We enjoy walking and biking here, and when the mood hits, golfing or playing tennis. If it gets warm, a visit to one of the many pools ensures variety. We especailly like or view of the large lake and wildlife that visit the water. For golfers, just look left and watch the greens of Oak # 20.

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation in Naples at Heritage Bay. The location in North Naples was great as it was convenient to both downtown Naples and to Estero and Bonita. The location within the complex was also convenient and picturesque. The unit itself was immaculate and the owners were most attentive. It was very nicely decorated and came with all the comforts of home. They left us their bikes and golf clubs for us to use. We appreciated not having to lug the clubs on the plane. The fact that the weather was great also helped. We'd recommend Barefoot Beach and Clam Pass for beaches. For shopping we liked Coconut Point Mall in Estero.
