  We flew down for a wedding this past December and we stayed at this unit in Le Jardin and had a marvelous time! I am a seasoned traveler AND a meticulous planner, so after extensive research for places to stay at Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort, I determined that for the condos, villas and townhomes for rent within this same pricing range, this unit stood heads and tails above the rest! Seeing is believing, so I urge you to play the video, you won't be disappointed. The photos and the video highlight this townhome's best features. The Parisian decor and the French flair captured me from the first instance! Le Jardin is located within a gated community that borders the Village of Baytowne Wharf, so restaurants, shops and activities are mere steps away! Can you say.....CONVENIENCE?! I enjoyed the views of the Choctawhatchee Bay and marina from the private balcony, relaxing and reading on the patio facing the Bay and the nature preserve, soaking in the large sunken tub by the double sided fireplace and even having a special section in the parking area only for Le Jardin guests! My wife has the highest standards and she was very pleased with this property, as was I. We were a group of eight with my sister in law and her kids: total of 3 adults and 5 kids ranging from 10-15 years old, and it was a comfortable stay for everyone, and we made good use of the Queen sofa sleeper. The kids had a blast and the we felt secure with the older kids exploring on their own at The Village of Baytowne Wharf. I encountered an issue when first arriving trying to check in, but thanks to the hospitality of Daniel, the night manager @ The Grand Sandestin, the issue was resolved. Platinum Services of Destin, the booking agent followed up with a courtesy call the next morning and remedied the situation to my satisfaction after my stay. Two thumbs up for the courtesy and professionalism displayed. Finally, without ANY hesitation, I would strongly recommend this property to friends and relatives. J'aime cette maison de ville et laissez les bons temps rouler! ~ I love this townhouse and let the good times roll!

  We loved the condo and its close proximity to everything! We were in town for a conference held at the Baytowne Dwarf. We were able to walk to the events and enjoy the nightlife/restaurants in the area.

  Recommended for: Girls getaway.

  My husband & I stayed here for a week with our two (adult) children and our daughter's boyfriend. The condo is situated along the back of Le Jardin, which means you have to walk a bit further to get to it, but you get phenomenal views of the bay & marina. All of the restaurants & shops of Baytowne Wharf are within easy walking distance. There are two pools from which to choose, but we used the one above the parking garage, which is about a 2 minute walk from the condo. The pool area had stunning landscaping, a large lagoon-style pool, a separate kiddie pool (thank goodness!), and both a hot & cool spa. We always had plenty of chairs from which to choose - some in the sun, some in the shade. Beach access is a quick 3-4 minute drive cross Hwy 98 - there was always available parking and plenty of space on the beach to set up our chairs. Keep in mind though, you do not get access to the oceanfront pool. The condo itself is spacious and gorgeously decorated with plenty of room and luxury furnishings. Each floor has a lovely balcony/patio with plenty of furniture. You can hear the live music from Hammerhead's, so you can sit outside & enjoy drinks without leaving the condo. Even though we are used to sleeping in a king-sized bed, we didn't have any problems with the bed in the master suite. All of the furniture was in good repair and very comfortable. Just for the sake of full-disclosure, I will mention just a few some things that were annoying, but certainly did not affect our vacation negatively. The exhaust fan in the en suite bathroom on the second floor didn't work, which made for a steamy bathroom - uncomfortable in Florida humidity. There were two burned out light bulbs in the dining room chandelier and also one in the master bathroom. Again, not a big deal, but just kind of annoying. We would've changed them ourselves if there had been extras in the condo. And lastly, the TVs are pretty outdated (and tiny in the second floor bedrooms). My son brought his Playstation 3 and was unable to use it because the TVs were so old the AV connections wouldn't work. I would absolutely recommend this condo to anyone - we had a wonderful time there and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

  This property occupies an excellent location within Baytowne Wharf, the unit is extremely comfortable - nicely decorated and a minute walk to the shops and restaurants located within the Village. The units agents were great to deal with we shall stay again T.L

  My family stayed in this unit over the Mardi Gras weekend and had a great time. The condo is awesome and had plenty of room for our 4 adults and 5 kids! Right in the village so a short walk to shops and food. Thanks
