This vacation home is a great place to spend several weeks, a month or even a season. Completely furnished just bring your toothbrush. The yard is completely fenced, which is great if you want to bring along the family pet or store your boat trailer. There is a covered double carport under the home.

Nearby are Marinas where you can rent jet skis, pontoon boats or go deep sea fishing or bring your own boat and keep it at the dock in the backyard. There is a freshwater river nearby (Weeki Wachee) where you can rent small boats and canoes to explore the river-you may even run across a manatee.

Many restaurants are in the area, some even on the water. You can dine on everything from wings and burgers to gator tail, seafood and steaks. No doubt you will find something you love.

There are three bedrooms (2 queens and 1 full).

Come and enjoy beautiful sunsets, a nice relaxing Jacuzzi, and all the water sports you can imagine or just kick back and do nothing if you want.

Hernando Beach is just west of Spring Hill close to the other cities of Hommosassa, Brooksville, New Port Richey and Hudson. It is close enough to the City of Tampa & Clearwater, but still offers the tranquility of the country in this beautiful waterfront community.

May-September   $ 1,650.00 per Month ( One Month Minimum ).
October-January $ 1,750.00 per Month ( Two Month Minimum).
$500.00 Refundable Damage Deposit and $100.00 Cleaning/Linen Fee Due Upon Arrival.
Seperate Deposit Required when renting with pets.
Dates will not be held until 50% of the first months Rent/Security is recieved.
Long and Short Term Rentals are also available subject to availability.
All Rental Fees are Due in full upon arrival date.
