This home has lots of room to relax after a day of fun. The bedrooms each have their own bathrooms & are located at opposite ends of the house for complete privacy. The kitchen is fully equipped. The dinning room opens to the living room & a large family room. Cable & WiFi are included. The garage is opened by remote. There is a font porch & screened in lanai in the back where you can relax and enjoy some outdoor time under a beautiful large shade tree. You are within walking distance to lots of shops, restaurants,theatre playhouse, library, grocery store, pharmacy, salon/spa, banks & churches. Englewood Beach is only 10 minutes away, beautiful sand, shells & sunsets. You are close to Boca Grande, Venice, Punta Gorda & Port Charlotte (spring home of the Tampa Bay Rays). If you want to travel a bit we are not located far from Florida's attractions. Come relax and enjoy the area.

The home was an in excellent location for seeing all the sites, shops and restaurants around town. Thanks to Cathy & Ron for all their help/advice during our 3 months stay; they even provided 2 bicycles so my wife and I could tour all the surrounding neighborhoods of Englewood. The home is in a quiet area and is exactly as the description and photos on VRBO and it was very clean and well maintained. The beaches of Manasota Key were nearby as were parks and recreation areas. For day trips, it is close to Venice, Sarasota and Port Charlotte; even close enough to see St. Petersburg and Tampa to the North and Fort Myers to the South. Would stay here again and recommend to it friends and family.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, sightseeing.

A warm welcome by Cathy and Ron, who provided a guided tour of the area and furnished lots of information as to activities and events. The home was beautiful ,and as described ,and was spotless. All amenities were available. A quiet corner of the Gulf Coast , but centrally located , between Sarasota and Ft Myerts. Within walking distance to library and Dearborn center. Minutes to Englewood Beach and Lemon Bay Park-on the bay with nature trails. Great hosts, great location, great home.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, sightseeing.
