We had a great time in Boulder for our sons graduation from the University of Colorado. I'm so glad Jennifer's condo was available because the location was ideal. It was close to our son's apartment and to downtown. We were able to revisit Boulder's farmers market, shop on Pearl street, and hike Chautauqua park. Every morning we walked the walking path that is available through the apartment complex and area. There was even a covered parking spot for our rental car. We were able to cook a few of our meals and the kitchen has every thing that you will need. There is a dining table next to the kitchen where we could eat or play cards. There was plenty of seating in the living room with the L-shaped sofa and chair. The bedrooms and bath where ample, comfortable, and completely met our needs.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jennifer's condo during a very exciting time for our family.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, sightseeing.

The unit was clean and comfortable but a bit shabby. Bad lighting, inadequate hot water.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, pet owners, sightseeing.
Owner response: I'm sorry to hear this review. This is the first time we have heard anything less than satisfactory or less than 5 star reviews for our condo. I hope you were aware that there are dimmers on the lights in the main living room and kitchen area. That might have been a reason for your comment about the lighting? We will review the hot water heater settings immediately as we have never had any comments regarding lack of hot water in our unit, nor in any in our building. Thank you for your feedback. We hope that with your help we can make improvements for future guests.

My partner and I fully enjoyed our stay in Boulder....and much of that was because we had a great space to come back to at the end of the day. The owner of the property was incredibly accommodating, including her willingness to allow our dogs to vacation there with us. The condo was clean, there were fresh flowers in the bedroom and it felt very spacious. It's a nice location, too, right along the bike path and just outside the downtown Boulder area. I would definitely rent this condo again...and would encourage anyone I know traveling to Boulder to consider this rental, too.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We stayed at this property for 10 days. We were very pleased with the condo. It was very clean and very well stocked so that we could make dinners easily. The bed was VERY comfortable. Jennifer was great to work with, answering all of our questions. We would definitely stay here again.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

This condo was a great place to stay, right in the heart of Boulder with lots of things to do very close. The everyone including the dogs were very comfortable for our stay and we would love to stay there again!!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

The pool was close by and we used it every day because of the nice weather. Close to campus and a short drive to shopping and malls. Right on the bike path which you can take and get all over town. Sitting on the balcony on the mornings and evenings was quite enjoyable. The neighbors in the condo village were friendly and helpful. Boulders city parks were close by and we walked/hiked in one every day.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

The condo was perfect for our stay in Boulder. The location was really handy for all of our day trips. It was clean and tidy and yes, the bed was incredibly comfortable! The booking process was easy and the owner was nice to work with. The condo was as described and had everything you need on vacation. On occasion the neighbors played their music a little loud, but generally it did not bother us and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. I contacted Jennifer when the condo we previously rented got sold by the owner only a few weeks before our trip to Boulder. I'm so glad Jennifer's condo was available the week we had already planned for our trip, so dates didn't have to be changed. Jennifer was wonderful to work with and corresponded promptly, considering she was out of the country at that time. The condos are centrally located in the city of Boulder and directly across the street from the University of CO Research Park. Behind the property and along the paved walking trail is a spectacular view of the mountains. Jennifer's condo was one of 4 condos in the complex, each having a covered garage parking space. The living space had a very comfortable L-shaped sofa and a chair with an ottoman facing a wide screen plasma TV. The Franklin stove in the corner of the room gave it a very cozy feeling. The kitchen had ample space and the island with a built-in stove provided a lot of counter space. Beside the kitchen was a dining area with four cushioned chairs. The bedrooms were furnished with platform beds and comfortable memory foam mattresses. Jennifer provided us with ample amenities and supplies to last us the entire week we stayed at her place. We couldn't have asked for more. We recently stayed in Jennifer's condo for a couple nights while in town for a wedding. The amenities were perfect for two couples. The bedrooms were more than adequate, we all shared the bathroom easily, and even cooked dinner in the kitchen one night. Everything was very clean and we greatly appreciated the extra amenities like bathroom and kitchen towels, soap and shampoo, and even salt and pepper! All the plants gave it a comfortable, lived-in feeling too, not like a stuffy hotel. We enjoyed the satellite radio as well. The location was great! We were close enough to downtown that it was a short drive to everywhere and could even take a morning run to Pearl St. We very much enjoyed our stay and were lucky to find a nice place to stay with our friends.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We had a great time in Boulder! The apartment is well situated on the Boulder bike path- we used our bikes to get to Pearl Street nearly every day as well as some other parts of the city. The kids were able to enjoy the pool during the hot afternoons. We were even able to shop the famous farmers market! Jennifer had plenty of pots and kitchen supplies to allow us to make a meal or two at home. The bedrooms were comfortable, and it was a wonderfully minimal and clean space. Clutter free made it very relaxing! The suckers for the kids on arrival as well as the fresh flowers were a really welcoming touch!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

Listing was just as described. The property was clean, well-maintained, very nice condo. The bed in the master bedroom was by far the most comfortable bed we had ever slept on! Great location. Close to downtown Boulder. Quite, peaceful area. Pool was nice too. If we have another trip to Boulder we would definitely stay there again. Our stay in Jennifer's condo was perfect! It had all of the amenities we needed, was very clean and the air conditioner came in handy for he unseasonably high heat in Boulder. The bed in the master bedroom is devine and I found Jennifer very easy to work with!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, pet owners, romantic getaway.

This was the perfect place for my husband, my two daughters and me to stay. We loved the fresh flowers, spacious fully-equipped kitchen and comfortable living room. It was very clean and comfortable and had a homey feel that we all loved. Just sent several days at this lovely Boulder condo. Everything was just as pictured. Great central location, comfy furnishings, every kitchen gadget imaginable, lovely porch yo sit on and have morning coffee, nice quiet neighborhood. We have found our perfect option for a pace to stay while v isiting our son at CU for the next few years!! Only one recommended change, and it is tiny....washclothes have some sort of very scratchy fibers in them, weird and not do pleasant!! That being said, we have stayed in 4 other Vrbo properties in Boulder in the last few years, and hands down this is the best, good job Jennifer!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, pet owners, sightseeing.

Very nice condo close to campus. We enjoyed the quiet and liked not being right in the heart of busy Boulder. Easy access to all major shopping. Well equipped kitchen, great tv and very comfy beds. Enjoyed this for a small family reunion. Beautiful walking trail next to the property that connects with all the bike trails in Boulder. Would definitely stay here again. Our stay in Boulder to visit my sister-in-law was perfect. She has a small house and two adult children who attend CU living with her. We didn't want to overcrowd her home, so our family of 4 found Jennifer's condo. Everything was ready for us when we arrived. The condo was very clean and "fancy", as described by my 7-year-old son. She had all of the conveniences of home waiting on us. Her king-sized bed was amazingly comfortable especially for my husband who is disabled. He dreads staying in hotels because of the uncomfortable beds, so this was an added bonus for him. Both of my kids, 10 and 7, shared the other bedroom with a full-size bed. This condo is conveniently and centrally located to all Boulder activities and attractions. We will definitely consider staying here again when we return to Boulder.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway.

Wonderful stay for our family in this comfortable condo. The condo was as described, but seemed even larger than the photos. Jennifer was a great host and answered our questions quickly. The nearby bike paths, playing fields and playgrounds make this an ideal location for a family with children. The restaurants, shopping, hiking and all that Boulder has to offer made the trip great for adults too.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with young children, pet owners.

Four of us stayed at this condo on a football weekend at CU. The condo was tucked away in the back of the neighborhood which made it a very quiet location. The unit was incredibly clean, close to CU and bike trails. Also, the owner was a pleasure to work with and made our trip hassle free. Boulder is a beautiful town and this rental made it feel like our home away from home. We would recommend this rental to our friends and would stay there again given the opportunity. This is recommendation ideal for the Boulder visitor that wishes for all the comforts of home and easy access to everything the city has to offer. Its conveniently located, clean and nicely furnished. Plenty of parking and room to walks in the nearby park and boulder bike path.
