Surrounded by rolling green pastures dotted with white fences and majestic horses, Valley View Ranch sits proudly on over four acres in the World renowned Santa Ynez equestrian community. In a quiet neighborhood, hawks soar against expansive blue skies to create a spectacular and serene backdrop for a memorable vacation.
Recently remodeled to perfection, this 6 bedroom ranch home offers all the amenities expected in a first class luxury vacation rental.
The Great Room and Media Room are centrally located between two separate wings of the home. With a large country kitchen, sitting area, fireplace, and casual dining, this room will quickly become a favorite gathering place. Step through French doors to the outdoor dining patio conveniently located just steps from meal preparation in the kitchen.
The adjacent Media Room is comfortable and ready for movie nights with a large flat screen TV , Blu-Ray technology and stereo system. Two built-in desks make it possible for busy professionals to stay connected while on vacation yet remain close to family fun.
The south wing consists of the Formal Living and Dining Rooms, Master Suite, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The Formal Living Room with comfortable furnishings and natural tones centers on the fireplace and stone hearth. French doors open to the expansive backyard and pool area allowing streaming sunlight to flood the space. The Formal Dining Room with full size wine cooler and butler’s pantry is conveniently located between the Living Room and Kitchen.
The romantic and serene Master Bedroom is a place to calm the mind and renew the spirit. A large and very comfortable 4 poster bed invites lazy mornings and breakfast in bed. Throw open the French doors to allow valley breezes to fill this bright and private haven.
Step into a luxurious spa-like experience in the Master Bathroom. With wall to wall marble the ambiance is cool and serene. An elegant chandelier is suspended above the double spa tub. The large walk-in glass shower also has an exterior door to access a second shower outside. Indulge in a few more minutes of restful quiet time on the double chaise lounge on the adjacent private patio.
Two more bedrooms are located in this wing. A smaller Master Bedroom with full bath is equally as comfortable as the main Master Suite and has corner views of the front yard. A charming room with twin beds is next door with access to a shared hall bath with walk-in shower.
The north wing is located off the Media Room and consists of 2 bedrooms, hall bathroom, large laundry room, exercise room, and attached Guest Quarters.
The side by side bedrooms with queen-size beds share the hall bath. Walk through the large well equipped laundry room to an exercise room with treadmill. Continue through to the Guest Quarters with queen-size bed, full bath and private door to access the pool patio just outside.
The most enticing feature of this rambling property by far, is the vast backyard playground. Relax poolside on comfy lounge chairs, while the younger set enjoys the curved pool slide, or the charming kids tree house. Nearby, a garage has been converted to a game room with ping pong table, darts and games for more fun.
The large outdoor kitchen will become the central gathering place year round. On those special days where sports enthusiasts find it hard to pull themselves away from the television, have no fear! Bar seating focuses on the 50” flat screen TV. The refrigerator and automatic ice maker will keep all the necessary beverages cold from kick-off to the final whistle! Suspended over the outdoor teak dining table nearby are restaurant style gas heaters to warm diners on cool valley nights.

(Transcribed from the Guestbook at the Home) Spend a lovely week here with family and friends. It was raining all week, but we enjoyed the cozy fire and stunning views.
