Completely renovated in 2011, this modern two-bedroom, two-bath Condominium features a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico from the living room, screened lanai, master bedroom and dining room. The spacious, open floor-plan includes a kitchen, dining room, a master bedroom suite, a guest bedroom, and a guest bath.
The state of the art kitchen features quartz countertops, top-of-the-line appliances, and all utensils and accessories. There is a cozy dinette table for two in the kitchen as well as 3 seats at the bar. The dining room table seats 6, so there is plenty of room for everyone.
The master bedroom suite offers a king-size bed, luxury pillow top mattress, flatscreen TV with blue ray player, a ceiling fan, and glass sliders to a screened lanai. The sleek master bath will surely refresh you after a long day at the beach, with a luxury glass-enclosed shower stall and stylish tile work. The guest bedroom suite features two twin beds, a ceiling fan, flatscreen tv with DVD. Guest bath boasts marble shower floor, granite vanity and glass-enclosed shower.
Wonderful gulf beach views welcome you to this third floor condominium at beautifully manicured Loggerhead Cay. The large, heated pool is just a short walk from our condo. Enjoy the ocean view and sounds of the surf from the livingroom and master bedroom. Take in the morning sun from the kitchen, lunch on the lanai, or enjoy the evening breezes from this beautiful, bright, and airy 3rd floor condo.
Our condo renovation was completed in July 2011, so everything is brand new. From the sleek tile entry and kitchen to the plush frieze carpeting, every detail of the remodel was done with comfort in mind. The 3rd floor is made simple because there is an elevator to move your luggage and groceries up to your condo. A full sized Washer/Dryer is enclosed in the laundry closet with laundry baskets and drying rack. Beach towels provided for your use.
Sleeping
The master bedroom has a king bed with a pillow top mattress and looks out onto the lanai. There are two twin beds in the second bedroom, and a queen-size sofabed in the living room. Capacity is 6 people.
Electronics
High Speed Internet (WIFI) is provided at no additional cost and there are three flat screen TVs with cable and dvd. Master bedroom and living room have blue ray players.

We have just returned from a 2 week vacation in this unit and there are no words to describe how delighted we were with the accommodation, the view and the entire complex. The condo is spacious, beautifully furnished and immaculate. It was a treat to prepare meals in the recently renovated and fully equipped kitchen and a pleasure to make use of this wonderful home away from home. Plenty of bath and beach towels were provided and having an in-suite laundry was an added bonus. Our family of six, including our 7 year old grandchildren, loved our proximity to the beach, pool and tennis courts ....all of which we enjoyed multiple times each day! We initially anticipated exploring nearby locations such as Fort Myers and Naples, but we found life on Sanibel so peaceful and perfect that we felt no need to venture further. Upon our arrival we stocked up on groceries at the Publix store just across the causeway and after that enjoyed our visits to the local Sanibel food stores. Shops and restaurants were a short drive away or for those who like to walk, a good walking destination. Our holiday ended all too soon! Warm thanks to the owners for providing us with such a lovely condo, We can't wait to return!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

After several years of visiting this particular property when my dad would book all the condos for the family, I finally took the lead last year. Instead of staying right by the water on the first floor, my wife and I decided to try something on the top floor. It was a great decision. If you don't mind a walk to the beach every day, the view is great and the condo is the cleanest one I have stayed on at the property. Located very close to the BBQ grill pit, we even used those one night for a party with family and friends. Everything is new. Everything was clean. Everything worked. We don't know when we will return to Sanibel, but we will probably plan it around the availablity of this condo as it is our clear favorite on the island. About the owner: My husband is an attorney and I work in non-profit. We love biking, walking and reading. At home we enjoy gardening, being with our kids and taking care of 2 dogs, 2 cats and one horse.

We came to Sanibel Island when our daughter was a baby and have vacationed here with our kids for many years. We love the pristine beaches, the commitment to preserve the natural environment and the fact that it's quiet and not over developed. Simply put, Sanibel is a unique, lovely place to be!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
We really enjoy the bike paths, walking on the beach and lounging by the pool. The manicured grounds are lovely to view on a walk or from the lanai. We like good food and tend to use the Loggerhead Cay grills just down the stairs from our door. Buy your favorite piece of fish, some vegetables, bread and a nice wine and you're set for a delicious dinner at home. We also love dining at The Timbers, The Lazy Flamingo, The Mucky Duck and our daughers' favorite, The Island Cow. All said, we simply love being here!
