Welcome to Grace Circle, a quiet cul-de-sac of 8 Alexander homes designed by Don Wexler
This private residence was completely renovated in 2010 with a unique and creative vision for mid-century modern living. A gourmet kitchen, state of the art appliances, polished concrete floors, glass tiled showers. The backyard is completely enclosed for maximum privacy and enjoyment of the salt water pool and spa. A natural Gas BBQ grill located next to kitchen is the perfect amenity for outdoor entertaining.
The living room/dining room and kitchen area open to the outdoor patio pool/spa deck, large glass sliding doors maximize indoor and outdoor living. The living room has a Milo Baughman style sofa, Corbusier chaise lounge, Plycraft lounge chair and double leather ottoman.
The dining room has a beautiful Florence Knoll oval table which mimics the oval shaped pool. The fine china will add elegance to any dinner party.
The master suite with a comfortable “LAX “ platform bed, Royalpedic mattress, in-suite bathroom, 32” T.V., gives you privacy from the rest of the house along with a beautiful mountain view.
The 2nd bedroom is has a queen size sofa bed by “Design within Reach” and the 3rd bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed and contemporary furnishings.
The guest house is furnished with a queen size bed, full bath, kitchenette, desk and separate entrance.
The property can be rented with or without use of the guest house.

Great house in a super convenient location
Great house in a super convenient location
We stayed at the house for three nights with a total of 8 people for a birthday celebration. Overall, the house was well-designed and comfortable. It is situated on a quiet street with lots of other modern homes. The office/3rd bedroom with the convertible couch was definitely only big enough for one person. The other two rooms in the house and casita were perfectly appointed and well laid out. The separate casita is super cute! We spent most of our time in the back yard which is by far the best feature of the house. The pool area was perfect for our needs. Since I cooked for our guests all weekend, I would also say that the kitchen is well stocked with everything you would need to entertain. My only comments that are slight negatives, but ones I would want to know about if I were thinking of staying here is that the house is located in the windy part of the city. The hedges help block a lot of the wind, but at times there were crazy wind gusts (I would guess 25-35 mph). The other issue was that the hot tub and pool controls were so complex and difficult to use (and we had software engineers in our group that couldn't figure it out.) So there were some times when we just couldn't get the hot tub to work -- period. Overall, it was a great house and a great weekend and we would stay there again.

My wife and I spent nearly 2 weeks in this home and overall were pleased with the house, and very pleased with the back yard; the landscaping, pool, and hot tub, were fantastic. Inside the house some of the furnishings are a bit dated, but overall very comfortable. Things were clean and tidy when we arrived and the grounds were immaculate. The kitchen is very nice, and the sliding doors that fully open to the pool deck are great. We entertained guests while there and it was very comfortable doing so. We suggested to the property manager that the master bedroom furnishings need a bit of upgrading - hopefully that will be done soon. The property is well located in a quiet cul-de-sac with very little traffic noise. The airport is nearby so there is some overhead plane traffic but nothing to really complain about. The guest house (which we didn't use) was very nicely appointed and very private. We had some minor small appliance issues which the property manager resolved immediately for us. All in all, we had a very pleasant stay, and have no hesitation recommending it to future guests.

Beautiful Home and excellent realtor
We had a group of athletes staying for the Tour de Palm Springs and Palm Springs half marathon. The home had everything we needed and more. Whether we were relaxing by the pool or in the hot tub, or making a carbo-loading meal before our events, everything about the stay was perfect. The home itself is very spacious and easily accomodated some very active adults. We liked being able to hook up our computer to the television for the pre-ride nutrition seminar we had. We loved the convenience of making our own meals. We all loved the Alexander style and interior design of the home. Just make sure to put down floor mats/area rug if you come in from the pool, as the floors get slippery when wet. We also used the guest house, which easily could have a convertable bed added to it to accomodate more people. We have already made plans to stay here again and possible rent additional properties from this realtor/owner in the future when we have an even larger group.
