This lovely studio 480 square foot Viera condo is nestled in the heart of Lake Las Vegas Resort at the Montelago Village. In addition to the views of the mountains, you can relax on the patio to the sight and sounds of the magnificent Southshore waterfall/ water feature.
The condo is just steps away from Montelago Village shops and restaurants as well as the casino and marina. The Westin and Ravella resorts are located steps away.
The condo has high ceilings with crown moldings. It offers a living room, king size bed and dining area. It also features a east facing sunny veranda with a lovely view of the mountains/waterfall. The living room offers comfortable seating for 3 with a flat screen TV with DVD/VCR combo in the armoire. There is free WI-FI.
The bathroom features a glass enclosed deep soaking tub with shower combo.
The fully equipped galley kitchen offers a Kitchenaid convection/steam oven with microwave combo range hood. There is also an induction cook top and a compact fridge and freezer. The freezer is large enough to hold several frozen meals/pizzas etc. The dining area has a table with seating for two. The veranda has a table seating for two for relaxing or dining outside.
The condo provides you access to the community pool and hot tub, fitness facility, secured parking garage and shared laundry.

Great Condo, has everything you could possible need. The itty bitty kitchen is fantastic because you can cook a meal if you would want to and there are dishes, pots & pans etc. There is a coffee machine and a little refrigerator. All very handy so you can keep your own cold drinks on hand as well as store some munchies for use by the pool or in the evening. Very nice balcony, we used it in the mornings to have our coffee and again in the evenings to sit and relax with our glass of wine. The building itself is beautiful, you will feel like you are in a 5 star hotel. The pool area is super, 2 good sized pools and a hot tub. Gorgeous garden area. You walk straight from the pool area into the "village". We enjoyed ourselfs immensely. Some great restaurants, our favorite "Bernard's Bistro" and then there is the "Sunset & Vines" a wine bar with the best wine selection I have ever seen anywhere! One of the best things of the "village" all of the restaurants have outside seating area's! So you can sit and relax with a view of Lake Las Vegas. The casino is small but we played there every evening and had a awesome time! We loved it here because it was so peaceful, however, for those of you who need noise and party town; you can get to the strip in 30 minutes. For sight seeing you are within an hour of a great many marvels, like the Hoover Dam, Valley of Fire Park, Lake Mead State Park etc. tons of places to walk around the lake as well. If you are looking to eat breakfast, it is limited but Ravella's has great breakfasts. With this particular property you get to deal with David, and all I have to say about David is; he is great, the most accomodating person and full of information on anything and everything you could possibly need to know or would want to know. Thanks for everything David, and we will for sure return next year.Recommended for: Sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.
