Why the Owner Chose Boca Grande
Boca Vista Harbor is located just before the toll bridge to Gasparilla Island and has convenient access to Gasparilla Marina next door. There is a long (old railroad) fishing pier and the Fisherman's Restaurant within walking distance. There is a new Publix and Post Office and Hardware store as well as several restaurant and golf course within 3-5 miles. The toll bridge to Boca Grande is 0.5 miles and for $4.00 toll you can visit the island, rent bikes, golf carts, or visit the beaches at three different sites along the coast. You can also go to Port Charlotte or Englewood for the day at 10 miles in either direction. We mostly enjoy staying at the condo pool and boating or fishing with occasional kyakh adventure
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
Port Charlotte bay is a major fish estuary and we enjoy the sea life of dolphins and snook as well as Tarpon during the late spring season. The area is laid back and has old Florida charm with the banyan trees and historic city of Boca Grande. The property has great views of the bay and tides as well as beautiful sunsets from the balcony.
