About the owner: We love florida so much and spent many months here that we decided to buy a property, so we can come whenever it was convenient for us. But since we are not yet retired, we like to let other people enjoy it whenever we are not around.
Why the Owner Chose Other Punta Gorda Properties:
This location seems to have most stable weather, hardly any storms ever go thru here. Its super quiet, right near interstate, near many beaches, golf clubs. In other words, ideal location.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
This house is in a very great location, everything is literally near by, location is ideal. The backyard is facing what used to be another golf club, but now its all grown in and is very much like a jungle, which really makes you feel secluded and you can really enjoy your privacy and tanning or relaxing in the lanai.
