Our 3 bedroom condo is one of the biggest condominium floor plans available in Maravilla. It is open and airy with a forty-foot balcony off the living room and master bedrooms. You will love the white sand beach that is just footsteps away.
This condo is our second home and we invite you to use it as your own. You will be pleasantly surprised by all the "extras" in our home that you would not normally find in a rental unit. No need to pack up your porta-crib, high chair, or sand toys, we have them all!
Our large second floor condo is a great place for a family to use alone or to share with friends. Because we have two master suits, both with King size beds, attached baths and TV’s, neither couple will have to sacrifice the “better bedroom.” The third bedroom is perfect for the children with twin size bunk beds.
In our main living area we have a very comfortable queen size sofa sleeper, an over-sized chair and ottoman and a rocker with an ottoman. All have reading lamps nearby. We also have an HDTV with digital cable channels, a DVD player and a full stereo.
Our kitchen is also well equipped with a high-end coffee maker (Quisinart Grind and Brew,) a blender that will grind all of your ice for frozen drinks, and a George Forman Grill. Also we have more than 16 plates, glasses, forks, etc so you don't have to wash your breakfast dishes before you eat lunch. And plenty of pots and pans so you can easily cook anything you need.
For your convenience, we also have a full-size front-loader washer and dryer, and iron and ironing board. And if you would like to keep up with friends, family or work while you are away, we provide free high-speed internet and WIFI.
Lastly, to make your walk to the beach easy, we provide 2 beach chairs and an umbrella reserved and set up each day just for you.
Maravilla is the most popular family resort in Destin. It has a 2-acre PRIVATE beach and plenty of green space for the kids to run and play safely. Maravilla is newer complex with many amenities. Located on Scenic Gulf Drive(Near the outlet mall and Pompono Joe's), it is very close to local attractions, restaurants, and shopping.

Ah! Great Destin Condo with two Master Bedrooms--and right on the beach!

When I arrived at this Maravilla condo, I was “beary” impressed with my new home for the next couple of nights. The unit was even more spacious than I expected with a very open floorplan and large balcony. The overall cleanliness and the comfortable appearance made me feel right at home. The beachy décor was some of the best I’ve seen – my favorite part was the bunk bed room with a flip flop theme.
Bear in mind that I had traveled for quite some time that day, and it was nice to arrive at such a welcoming home. The first thing we did upon arrival was take a stroll to nearby Pompano Joe’s, a delicious seafood joint within walking distance and right on the water. I even splurged on one of the best pina coladas I’ve ever had! We then came home to get some beauty rest in the very comfortable beds in preparation for the next day. After getting some much needed rest, it was great to wake up to the smell of eggs and bacon in our fully-equipped kitchen.
The location of Maravilla is perfect for enjoying all the Destin has to offer – shops, restaurants, kid (and cub!)-friendly entertainment, and of course, the beach! And at the end of a busy day, it was great to kick back on the balcony and enjoy the breeze or relax on the couch with my paws up. No matter the reason for your travels, you simply can’t deny the comfort and convenience of this condo.

Why the Owner Chose Maravilla
We purchased our condo in Destin because we wanted a place for our family to gather and build fond family memories. Though we only have one child we purchased a 3 bedroom condo so that our family or good friends could join us.
We live in Austin, Texas now (we bought our Marvailla Condo when we lived in Atlanta, GA.) While living in Atlanta we would visit Destin every chance we could. Now that we are much further away, we have to plan our trips. But are looking forward to retiring in Destin someday!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Our guests who stay with us comment on how well equipped our condo is. While it may not be your deciding factor when you are choosing places to rent, you will appreciate it once you get here. Most everything you’ll need during your stay is here!
Because we live so far away, we take special care to make sure everything is in perfect condition. It’s imperative that we have the best help there in Destin. We employ a housekeeper who only cleans for a couple of people. We do not use one of those massive cleaning companies who dash in and out of the condo in 15 minutes and call it clean. Our housekeeper takes hours to clean our condo (yes the cleaning fee is $10-$20 more than you’d pay with others but we ensure it’ll be really clean!)
Every time we visit our condo, we are constantly upgrading! The last time we visited we bought all new mattresses, redecorated the kids room and second master. This year we also got a new front-loader washer and dryer, a new refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave.
Come and stay with us and I can assure you’ll be happy!
