Perfect location for IRONMAN! ON THE LAKE - ONE Block from Ironman Village. This incredible estate is also the perfect 'entertaining home' for families and friends. This location combines the best downtown Coeur d'Alene has to offer with lakefront living! It is situated on 178 feet of rare in-town beach frontage. With 6900 sq. ft on 3 levels there is plenty of room for everyone to find their favorite space. But our favorite are the two decks, one on each level overlooking the lake. It is just a 5 minute stroll through the city park to the famous Coeur d'Alene Resort. There are 4 large bedrooms and 3 full baths. The master bedroom suite is located on the main floor and has a king size bed with french doors leading to a private deck. It has a newly remodeled master bath.
There are 3 large bedrooms on the upper floor with queen beds and extra linens. Let the waves lull you to sleep and awake ready to start your day with a cup of hot coffee on the upper deck gazing at the pristine lake and mountains. Inside there is a large living room and gourmet kitchen with all the amenities to prepare a feast for friends and family. Dine formally or casually in four dining areas. There is a covered deck in the backyard with a large gas grill. The fenced backyard has a rose and grape covered gazebo next to a waterfall and pond. There is a large basement with a fireplace and pool table. The are 4 flat screen tv's and the house has a sound system throughout including the decks.
Without getting in your car, there is plenty to do in Coeur d'Alene. Take a morning hike around Tubbs hill, or go for a swim or a bike ride. Rent a jet ski or go for a lake tour on one of the Coeur d'Alene Resort cruise boats and enjoy our beautiful lake and resort town.
This home is only a short block from City Park, City Beach and the Start and Transitional area of the Annual Ironman Race. Coeurd'Alene's main street, Sherman Avenue, is an easy 10 minute walk with shops, restaurants, coffee shops, wine bars and boutiques.
