Relaxing Beach Crash-Pad Getaway 1 BR 1 BA Studio in a great downtown location just steps from the beach at Heisler Park.
If you know Laguna you know this is a great location. Two blocks from Heisler Park and Main Beach. Pack a cooler, grab a beach chair from under the couch and head down to the beach for the afternoon.
Full Disclosure: The bed is a Full Size Futon, but it's new and comfortable with new linens. Full kitchenette with a nice fridge and stove and coffee maker -- note no microwave or toaster. Please note: no tv, though you can hook your ipod into a 1/8' jack to the stereo system. Laundry in a coin-operated common laundry to the other 3 units that are part of the cottage. Sleeps two comfortably, 3 if a small child, never four.
Enjoy an evening glass of wine in the shared courtyard by the gas firepit. Relax and get away from it all!

This was definitely the best place we ever rented. The owner was very helpful and the apartment is very comfortable. Highly recommended.Recommended for: Families with young children.

What a sweet place! The place is as shown in the pictures and the descriptions of the unit are true....very clean and cozy! Brian is a very attentive and caring property owner. It's a short walk to the beach,and other local attractions. It is a great deal! The neighbors are friendly and inviting and the vibe is laid back. I would recommend this to everyone! I will definitely come back here if I am in the area and want a fun in the sun, relaxing time in Laguna Beach!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+.

This was the first time I have ever rented from a private owner. At first, I was contemplating on whether to get a hotel or rent from here, so took a chance on this unit. First off, the place was exactly as it shows in the picture. If you are looking for a cozy, relaxing stay this is perfect! Not only are the descriptions on the unit true to its projection, the owner is extremely helpful and presents a very welcoming element in his expression. There is open communication also and Brian is attentive and caring to his guests. From a chill night in front of the fire pit (wine and smores) to a short walk to the beach, everything at is your fingertips. Laguna offers amazing events and activities in addition to having one of the most beautifully constructed beaches in Southern California in my opinion (I use to live in L.A and San Diego). For the price, you are really getting more than a great deal. The neighbors are also friendly and inviting so overall, in all aspects this is a great bargain. I would recommend this to everyone, and have to a lot of my friends and family. When I’m in the area, I will surely come back here if I am in the area and want a memorable time at Laguna Beach.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.
