A home away from home.
This clean, well maintained family friendly home is located minutes from all that Cincinnati has to offer, as well as the best of Kentucky. This house is less than 10 years old, has a open floor plan that allows for family relaxation. It is modern, airy, and warm, and also has many amenities for your kids to enjoy (including a large room on the lower level with toys, a Wii, DVD player, as well as a large yard, with a deck, swings, a sandtable, and play kitchen). It is located on a cul-de-sac for privacy, and has a driveway for off street parking.
The three bedroom home offers a master bedroom with a king size bed, a second bedroom with two twin bunk beds, and a third bedroom with a queen size bed. The playroom (large lower level room) also includes two futons (1 full size that will easily sleep two people, and a smaller futon for one adult or two kids). Two full baths are included as well- one located on the upper level, one on the lower.
A nice dine in, fully equipped kitchen with an island leaves room for many to gather and enjoy a meal together. Our table has seating for eight. The kitchen opens into a living room with a very comfortable sectional couch (that is also great for sleeping), and a LCD HDTV with a Blu-ray DVD.
The back porch looks over a large backyard that backs up against an open field and a treeline - offering lots of privacy. There is firewood and a firepit for nice nights outside. Kids will love to swing on the swings, play at the sandtable, and the play kitchen.
This home is located 10 miles south of downtown Cincinnati, less than 2 miles from the Cincinnati airport, within 20 miles of three local casinos, and 6 mi from the Creation Museum. We are minutes from many great local restaurants, the Florence Mall, movie theaters, and many other amenities.

The house was exactly as described, we stayed here for WGI CHAMPIONSHIPS and found it to be very accomodating for our team. We were pleased and found it very comforting to come to after a long day of competitions. Being here at the house kept us focused and relaxed. We would definately recommend this home, the owners were very responsive to any questions or concerns.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, girls getaway, families with teenagers, sightseeing.

This house was a great place to stay with two families. We could take our own food and use the grill. Only 5 miles from Creation Museum. If you want the fire pit make sure to ask ahead of time if it's out of season.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, sightseeing.

The house was perfect for 2 families with 6 children ages 3 to 15. The master bedroom is huge and perfect for little ones to sleep on air mattresses or in sleeping bags. The open floor plan between the kitchen and TV area was sufficient to have all 12 of us hanging out before breakfast and dinner. The basement is a great place for kids of all ages to hang out and sleep and is also stocked with toys to keep everyone entertained. The weather was too cold to utilize the backyard; however, I'm sure this place rocks on summer evenings. The owners were very responsive, pleasant, and polite to work with. We spent 2 days at the Creation Museum and this house couldn't be in a more convenient location to the highway. The museum is only one exit north of the house. PS, don't forget about the Kroger grocery store "super value" cards in the red binder that the owners thoughtfully compiled with tons of stuff to do in the immediate area.Did you find this review helpful? The property was as we expected and we found everything as explained in the write up.There were plenty of good quality soft towels and washing facilities were excellent but the bed linen was tired and could do with renewing on most beds. The owner answered any questions we asked promptly and we found the location close to the airport excellent. The local supermarket Kroger was good and we walked to the nearby bar one night to the amazement of the local people. The softplay area in Florence Mall was excellent for the toddler children and the Childrens museum in Cincinnati was excellent for us all, children and adults. As the property has a travel cot and advertises for children, a stairgate is needed for across the stairs to the front door by the kitchen. I would recommend this property to friends and family.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We enjoyed our four day stay at this rental. The property was modern and clean. I had the opportunity to meet the husband/owner of the house. He respected our privacy as renters and that was important to us. The house is laid out where you can choose to be in one place together or enough space to be apart for quiet time. The house is kid friendly, and not just for smaller children, but our teenagers had space to enjoy themselves too. We definitely would rent again, and would recommend the rental to others.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Our family stayed here while visiting Kings Island and Cincinnati. This home was absolutely perfect for us. The sofa in the family room was very comfortable and had plenty of seating. My daughter loved the toys in the playroom and used the toddler bed for her dolls. She even made friends with a little girl two doors down! The owners were very nice and helpful. The location was just right for us - easy access to freeway and easy drive across the river. Home was immaculate. Beds were comfy. We were very close to the airport and never heard a plane during our stay. It was very hot during our week and the house stayed cool. Would definitely stay again.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, sightseeing.

We stayed in the house the first week of july with 6 adults, 2kids (10 - 12) and an 8months old baby. Al the information we got before our arrival was very clear. So arriving late in the evening wasn't a problem. The house was just perfect, everything we needed was their. Even a babybed, what we didn't know. The house was very clean and the rooms are very nice. We had a very pleasant stay. The kids loved all the toys and games. Maybe a swimming pool would have been nice because it was so extremely hot :)Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers.

About the owner: My wife and our three kids lived in the Northern Kentucky/Cincinnati area for about 8 years. We moved in 2012 to Northeastern Ohio to be closer to family. As a family we really enjoy just hanging out with our friends and family. We have tried to keep our life simple and flexible so we can make this happen as often as can. We travel back to Kentucky on a regular basis to stay in our home, visit friends, chat with the neighbors, and enjoy the many opportunities Hebron and Cincinnati have to offer.

We love our home and how it feels. We try really hard to keep it clean and clutter free. You should get the same vibe when you stay here. It is always a breathe of fresh air when we get a chance to stay in our home, because of how it feels.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
This house is warm and family friendly. Its conveniently close to the Creation Museum (a museum that brings the Bible to life), and all other modern amenities (movie theaters, shopping, dining). Its in a small Kentucky town, but 15 minutes from Downtown Cincinnati and all the culture and night life it has to offer. There are many family friendly parks and destinations nearby, as well as Kentucky and all its unique offerings (Bluegrass, Horses, History).
