LOOKING FOR FAMLIES AND ADULT GROUPS TO RENT this like NEW, Condo with a GREAT FLOOR PLAN & CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING. The living area is spacious with a gorgeous gas fireplace and 32 inch television. The Kitchen has an Island and Dining area with plenty of room for the whole family.
There are plenty of windows to let Sun and Fresh Air in. The front of the house has a Large Covered Deck with furniture. The large two plus car garage with a separate huge storage area will give you three off street parking spaces and a safe and dry spot for ours/your bikes, beach chairs and toys. We have four cruiser bikes, a 26" mountain bike, a 24" mountain bike and a child's two-wheeler bike that you may use while on vacation.
The Beach Condo includes FOUR comfortable bedrooms. The Master bedroom has a queen-size bed, cable television and private bath. The Second bedroom has a queen-size bed and cable television, the third has two twin beds and cable television, and the fourth has two twin beds. There is a private enclosed hot & cold outdoor shower, just look out back.
Every room is fully furnished with HIGH QUALITY MATTRESSES. The Living Room has a large sofa bed that sleeps two. This home sleeps ten very comfortably.
PLEASE BRING SHEETS & TOWELS.
NO SMOKING INSIDE HOUSE & NO PETS ALLOWED.
The Tile floors throughout Kitchen and Dining Areas for quick and worry free clean up. The Kitchen will be ready to go and fully stocked with all the kitchen essentials. The Dining area feeds 10 plus.
