LOOKING FOR FAMLIES AND ADULT GROUPS TO RENT this like NEW, Condo with a GREAT FLOOR PLAN & CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING. The living area is spacious with a gorgeous gas fireplace and 32 inch flat television. The kitchen has an island and dining area with plenty of room for the whole family.
There are plenty of windows to let Sun and Fresh Air in. The front of the house has a Large Covered Deck with beautiful furniture. The large two plus car garage with a separate huge storage area will give you three off street parking spaces and a safe and dry spot for ours/your bikes, beach chairs and toys. We have four cruiser bikes, a 26" mountain bike, a 24" mountain bike and a child's two-wheeler bike that you may use while on vacation. There is also a beach cart, beach toys, beach blanket and coolers for you to use.
The Beach Condo includes FOUR comfortable bedrooms. The Master bedroom has a queen-size bed, cable television and private bath. The Second bedroom has a queen-size bed and cable television, the third has two twin beds and cable television, and the fourth has two twin beds. There is a private enclosed hot & cold outdoor shower, just look out back.
Every room is fully furnished with HIGH QUALITY MATTRESSES. The Living Room has a large queen sofa bed that sleeps two. This home sleeps ten very comfortably.
PLEASE BRING SHEETS & TOWELS.
NO SMOKING INSIDE HOUSE & NO PETS ALLOWED.
There are beautiful tile floors throughout Kitchen, Dining Area and living areas for quick and worry free clean up. The Kitchen will be ready to go and fully stocked with all the kitchen essentials. The Dining area feeds 10 plus.
This condo is Furnished and Decorated beautifully for your enjoyment! Get ready for a Comfortable and Relaxing Sea Shore Getaway. March/early April is when the whelk shells come in, so if you are shell hunters/lovers (like our family), try a weekend in March/early April when the whelks come in!!! Great for shellers! Or try a November/December weekend, visit beautiful victorian Christmas decorated Cape May (only 4.5 miles south) and return home to lounge in front of the fireplace!

Hello. Thank you for looking at my rental home in Wildwood, NJ. I have four children, work p/t as a substitute with special needs children and run my own jewelry business. No, I don't make the jewlery.....I just sell it. I have been renting my Wildwood home successfully for the past 6 years. I take pride in everything I do and my rental property is no exception!
Why the Owner Chose Wildwood
Oh my gosh, with four children with a wide age disparity.....this is the place to be. There is something to do for everyone. While we are close to the beach and boards, there is bowling, movies, a gym, groceries, waterparks, lots of food, basketball courts, skating park...all within walking distance. And, the best part of my home is the neighbors....I love them to death, they are great!!
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
I always stock my rental home in such a way as if I were staying there myself with my children (which I do sometimes). A beach cart, bikes, a cooler, a completely stocked kitchen (you just bring the food), lots of beach chairs and sand toys ...are just a few of the nice touches that make you feel at home. And, the place is CLEAN!!
