The Second BR includes Twin beds that can be converted to a King bed (converter kit provided). This BR also has a gorgeous view of the Gulf. This BR has a large closet with plenty of room for your clothes and personal items. There is a private, attached bathroom with a tub and a shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped, including china, and has some initial basic staples, such as condiments and paper products.

Why the Owner Chose Sandcastle II: When we started looking for a beachfront condo we could rent out, we first looked in the Florida Keys. After a week of viewing properties, we headed back to the airport. It was then that we realized that any properties we saw in The Keys were too far away from the airports.
We started looking on the beaches on the Gulf of Mexico, from as far north as Clearwater to as far south as Marco Island. After chatting with a friend who has a rental in Southwest Florida, he asked if we checked out what the average temperatures were at each of our prospective beaches during the winter months. He said people would be more likely to get in the ocean and enjoy the vacation when it was 72 degrees vs. 67 degrees. This narrowed our search to the Naples/Bonita Beach area and south.
After viewing condos on the Naples’ beaches and the Bonita Springs’ beaches, we went to see properties on Marco Island. Once we drove over the SS Jolley Bridge onto Marco Island, we knew this was the place to be! Immediately, we felt more relaxed and at home, while entering Paradise and the beauty of the Island.
With another friend/realtor, we visited several properties and she helped us with local feedback as well. We were told that the complex, Sandcastle II, was one of the premier properties on the beach because of the size of the swimming pool and the grounds. This pool is the largest of the pools on the island, except for the resorts. The grounds are beautifully maintained with lush, green space around the building instead of having another building immediately outside of your window. The building to the immediate north (The Charter Club timeshare) is set back from the beach. The building to the immediate south (Sandcastle I) is located further away from Sandcastle II and thus, our building is able to take advantage of the green, lush areas between the two buildings.
The owners and other guests are very welcoming and friendly, which is not often found in other condos on Marco Island.

This condo has a more direct view of the Gulf of Mexico than other listings in Sandcastle II that have wrap-around balconies.
This condo, with its south exposure, is quieter than other listings in Sandcastle II that have a north exposure, which are above the loading dock and the dumpster.
Also, across the street from the condo is The Marco Walk, which has a dine-in movie theatre, several restaurants, such as DaVinci’s, Nacho Mama’s, O'Donoghue's Irish Pub, and Capt. Brien’s Fish House. There are local shops in addition to national shops, like Chico’s. There are several nail boutiques and spas here too. There are coffee shops and ice cream shops as well.
There are many restaurants located on the beach that you may walk to.
On Marco Island, there are several favorite past times. Two of most popular ones are the “Marco Stoop” (people stooped over looking for shells) and the morning beach exercise. There is a hard-packed path great for walkers or runners.
The condo has tennis and shuffleboard courts, and has access to parking in the parking areas bordering the garage.
