"My Escape" is very charming and in the center of Boulders most desirable area.
This irreplaceably charming home features:

- a main living room with wide planked, warehouse style flooring.
- a gas burning fireplace.
- bistro style table and chairs and a fold out sofa bed.

When joining us you will arrive to a home which is "rental ready"
sparkling clean complete with bath soaps, shampoos, personal paper, basic kitchen needs such as salt, pepper, coffee maker/filter and all appliances. Oh and of course fresh flowers and chocolates!
The windows are historic 1895, mullioned, and they open to a private lawn area. The bedroom adjoins the living room (and the front porch) and has a queen sized, four posted, jungle net decor.

A great Boulder experience in this spacious, well appointed, and very clean apartment. The location is fantastic! Within one block of everything you would want to experience in Boulder. Rusty, made the reservation process fast and accommodating. The one bedroom was quiet, comfortable, clean, and had everything you need for a short or long-term stay. I would highly recommend staying here and would defiantly stay here again.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We loved the location, so convenient to Pearl Street. The apartment was very quiet and cozy. The owner was very helpful.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

My husband and I had a great stay last week in Boulder. The one bedroom apartment with a back yard was the perfect size for us. It is located on a lovely quiet street just one block from Pearl Street. We enjoyed cooking out in the back yard as well as eating out at the restaurants so close by. It was nice to take walks in that beautiful neighborhood also. We will stay there again, but for two weeks next time!Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Our stay at My Escape was lovely. It's location is perfect for both the trails to roam or historic charm to browse away the hours. The owner was helpful and friendly. We will definitely return to this lovely place when we visit our grown children again.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

The Spruce house is perfectly located for walking access to great restaurants, cafes, and Pearl St. It was clean and space was comfortable with outdoor grill and seating. It would be much improved with the addition of kitchen implements. We found only two coffee cups, no measuring spoons or cups, no microwave, only one dish towel, no dish cloth, and minimal dishes. In addition, we suggest that the owner empty personal items including hairbrush from bathroom cabinet. There was no place to put any personal items in bathroom. If the bathtub was refinished and some modest repairs/updates were made to the interior, this cute place would be close to perfect.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car.
Owner response: These remarks are understanable given the personalities involved. Sometimes you can tell when things are not going to go well. This was apparent early even though we bent a few rules to allow these guests requests. We will take these remarks seriously however, we will have to think twice about bending our rules in the future.

This was my second time staying in one of Rusty's properties and it was everything he described. You couldn't pick a better location for your Boulder stay. 1 block from Pearl Street so you can walk to everything you might need. The house is perfect for a single or couple. The bed was very comfortable, the living area spacious, and there were even robes provided! I would definitely stay here again.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, girls getaway, sightseeing.
