  Just returning from an 8-night stay at this townhouse, and all I can say is "wow"! As other reviewers have noted, it is spacious and clean, and in a great location. We especially appreciated the 2-car garage (besides our car, we were traveling with a bicycle), the washer and dryer, and the fact that it was pet-friendly. The TV in the living room is HUGE, and we really enjoyed watching the Olympics on it every day. Believe me when I say that everything you could possibly want is provided - I needed a rubber band one day, and there they were! The owner responded quickly to any questions that I had. I highly recommend this townhouse.

  We have just returned from a wonderful two week stay in this wonderful Tucson Townhome. It was perfect for our needs. The facility was very clean and had everything you need to make your vacation almost perfect. We started each day on the patio with our morning coffee. We love the sun and enjoyed the pool which is just a short walk across the golf course. We met several of the full time residents who are very friendly. We plan to schedule another stay next year and would recommend this property to friends and relatives (but not for the time we hope to rent again).

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, age 55+.

  We really enjoyed our stay at this property, we found it spacious, attractive, clean and well equipped. The patio with the view of the golf course is very relaxing, and a great place for after-golf cocktails. The condo is in a convenient location and we found it easy to get around the city. There is a fairly large selection of movie DVDs in the condo, and we left several paperbacks to get the paperback library started. We would rent this property again.

  The place is immaculate. Tiled flooring everywhere. Fantastic location right on an executive Par 3. Close to other city courses in Tucson. Lots of places to eat nearby.

  We were very pleased with the lovely townhouse. We are not golfers, but with a green right outside the patio, it was fun to watch them play. Speaking of the patio, it is small, but offers both sunny spots and lovely shade due to the careful landscaping. There is plenty of room for the table for six, and lounge chairs as well. The tempurpedic bed was wonderful, and little outside noise got into the unit. The kitchen had everything you could possible desire in the way of pots and pans, and gadgets galore. The big screen TV and the comfy chairs made our evenings comfortable. There was a lot of tourist information provided, and the area is located conveniently to everything we wanted to do. A big plus was Trader Joe's down the street, and across the street from that was a big Bookman's and a Beyond Bread bakery. Neighbors were friendly, and the community streets were fine for a nice walk after dinner. Our favorite tourist activities were a visit to Agua Caliente, a Frida Kahlo exhibit at the Museum of Art, and 100 Years-100 Quilts exhibit at the History Museum on the university campus. Lots of fun things to do, we have many left for the next time we visit.

  We chose this condo because of its location and were delighted. We were the first renters since the remodel and were quite pleased. I suggested adding a few things to the kitchen and the owner was quite receptive. A roomy two car garage held our car and our bicycles. We are not golfers, but the condo sits near the second green, so looks out on green space. All in all we were pleased and would rent this again.

  Recommended for: Age 55+.

  Awesome townhouse! Our stay was the first since the property was remodeled and listed on VRBO. The place is nicely decorated and furnished. It is located close to many activities/restaurants yet is still very quiet and relaxing. We are already planning our next stay.
