  We enjoyed everything about the condo. It is huge, the pictures does not do the property any justice. Terri is awesome and has the best customer services a person can ask for. The reservation and payment of this condo was smooth and without any head ache. Terri provided us with an indept list of activities, attractions and restaurants. We will book again and recommend this condo to anyone!!!! :-)

  The property was very nice and comfortable and in a great location for our golfing group. It was a very pleasurable experience for all of us. The owner of the property, Terri, was very relaxed and a joy, which added to our fun golf outting. You can tell that Terri really wants you to have a good time when you visit Myrtle beach as she had useful list of list of dining, entertainment, and other related recommendations. Overall the size of the 3 bedroom property and the furnishings really hit the mark for us. I would highly recommend this property for families or golfing groups. By the way, it also had a great view overlooking the beach. I will definitely be contacting Terri the next time we visit Myrtle Beach.

  We loved Myrtle Beach and all there is to offer in the area as well as Margate Tower! The gated community was very comfortable and family friendly. However, this unit is in great need of updating! The flooring was filthy, so much that we were not comfortable without shoes and had children that we could not let on the carpet. Extremely dirty and many spots. We made the owner aware and asked if it was possible for the carpets to be cleaned and we would stay out for the day but were told it wouldn't be possible until the day before we were leaving. The furniture was very dirty and stained as well. The stool pads were ripped to shreds. The refrigerator was leaking on the kitchen floor. This unit has beautiful views but is not fairly represented on this site for the condition it is in. Teri was great to work with as the property manager and we requested that something be done but were told the owner did not agree so we had no choice but to stay as we had already paid in full prior to arrival.

  Owner response: It is true that by the end of the season, the carpets do get dirty. I could not get anyone in there in time, but came in right after they left. Koolaid was what the steam cleaner told me had made this mess. The owner did offer a full refund. One bar stool had been ripped by a previous renter, it had been removed, made its way back into living space. I apologize for the bad experience, sometimes things happen that you cant control fast enough. Updates have been done in the off season. New pictures coming soon!!

  I cannot wait to go again. The condo was very large,quiet, and had everything we needed. The view was outstanding. I will never stay in a hotel at Myrtle Beach again. Thank you, Terri, for helping everything go smoothly.

  This was an absolutely beautiful vacation, in a condo that felt like our home away from home. We were so thrilled to have all of the amenities this condo had to offer. The beautiful view of the oceanfront made morning coffee and sunsets with family unexplainable. The friendliness of the staff and all of the people throughout Kingston Plantation made it that much more heartwarming. Some of the recommendations we would make is to check out Bemini's Oyster Bar. We have been there for several years, and it is the first time we ever saw it or heard of it. A family of six and our bill was 94.00...which included 6 dinners and 3 appetizers and drinks. Can't even begin to tell you how wonderful the food was, we went back a second time for it to only be that much better. If you love cocktails, the best was the Splash Bar and the 23.00 souvenir shaker. Refreshing and refills only 15.00. The kids absolutely loved everything the Splash Pool offered from activities to beach soccer to hula hoop contests and twister. You cannot get enough of this place. Thank you Terri for a great vacation that my family will always remember. We will see you next year, and maybe for three weeks this time.

  Terri First let me start off by saying how accommodating and friendly you were in our conversations prior to booking. You made it all very easy and stress free. The condo is very spacious and has everything you need for a home away from home. I have stayed in many VRBO and other site vacation rentals and I must add this one was IMMACULATE. In my opinion makes my vacation that much more enjoyable. It is located on the perfect level to see as far as the eye will allow. Just an amazing view. RENTAL RULES & TERMS: Unit # 2303 Margate: Address: 8500 Margate Cir., #2303, Myrtle Beach, SC 29572 Rental rules and terms are as follows: 1. Check-in time is 3pm (EST) and after. *Please NO early check-ins. 2. Check-out time is BY 11am (EST). 3. This is a NON-SMOKING unit. 4. Pets are NOT permitted in rental units or within Kingston Plantation. 5. PAYMENT: (some payments will be broken into 1/3 for your convenience)  An advance payment equal to 50% (33%) of the total rental rate is required upon booking. The advance payment will be applied toward the room rate for your total stay.  Payments will be received in the form of echeck(s) or credit card).  The second payment will be made as agreed to on your rental contract. The outstanding balance (other 50% or 33%) of rent is due 30-days before your arrival date. ***Please note, if you book less than 30 days prior to date of arrival, the full amount is due at once upon booking…thank you! 6. MONTHLY RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS:  Monthly renters must cancel one hundred twenty (120) days prior to check-in/scheduled arrival date. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: The maximum number of guests per condominium is limited to ten (10) persons. 8. THIS PROPERTY REQUIRES A 3-NIGHT MINIMUM STAY:  From Memorial Day to Labor Day, there are weekly rentals only (from Saturday to Saturday). In the event that you are unable to stay Sat.-to-Sat., there is a 3-night minimum stay (unless negotiated otherwise with the homeowner and/or their representative). Longer minimum stays may be required during holiday periods 9. INCLUSIVE FEES: SC sales tax is included in all rental rates. 10. NO DAILY MAID SERVICE: While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is NOT included in the rental rate. Cleaning is done only upon departure. We suggest that you bring your own beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the unit. Please note, beach towels can NOT be hung over the balcony railing to dry. 11. WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS: Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in advance in writing. 12. PARKING PASSES: Parking passes are obtained at the entrance to the resort (from the security gate). Renters must display parking pass on the dashboard at all times. Failure to display may result in towing of vehicle at renters’ expense. Leave the parking pass inside the unit upon departure. 13. SPORT & HEALTH CLUB: Use of the on-site Sport & Health Club is NOT included in your rental rate. Should you choose to use the Sport & Health Club, it costs $10.00/person/day. Feel free to inquire with the Sport & Health Club staff about a possible weekly rate/pass. 14.
