Casa Almendra is located in the Tamarindo area, in the Province of Guanacaste on the Pacific Coast, set in a quiet community, called Rio Santo , it offers a wonderful outside living space , 2 pools awaits you and your family. This tropical 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms villa comes fully equipped with WIFI, Cable, A/C, BBQ gas grill, professional chef kitchen, safe box, alarm system, maid service and much more. Tamarindo is only 9 minutes away by car and Playa Avellanas, 15 minutes, two of the nicest beaches in Costa Rica and only 4 minutes from the JW Marriott and its golf course. Tamarindo and the area is full of fun and exciting things to do or you can do absolutely nothing, if that is why you came. Casa Almendra can accommodate up to 8 people.

Située à 9 minutes de la station balnéaire de Tamarindo et à 5 minutes de Hacienda Pinilla Golf Club et son hotel JW Mariott. Casa Almendra vous offre une sérénité de tout repos.Casa Almendra est composée de 4 chambres distribuées en trois modules indépendants, construits à différents endroits dans le jardin tropical de 2100m2. Le 1er et le second module ont chacun une grande chambre climatisée avec une salle de bain spacieuse, privée et des grandes baies vitrées donnant sur le jardin et les piscines avec pour l'un un couchage de 2m ( lit king size) et pour l'autre un couchage de 1,50m ( lit queen). Le 3ème module est composé de 2 chambres climatisées et d'une grande SDB avec une douche à ciel ouvert : La grande chambre peut se présenter ( à la demande) soit avec un couchage king size ou un couchage de 2 lits séparés d'une personne. La chambre/salon télévision peut accueillir 2 personnes ( 2 lits d'une personne ). Casa Almendra possède également une cuisine entièrement aménagée et équipée qui jouxte un très grand rancho en palmes de 72m2 composant le salon/ la salle à manger et le bar avec sa table pouvant accueillir 10 convives, son jardin intérieur avec ses deux bassins fleuris; le tout ouvert sur le jardin tropical et les piscines , un wc extérieur . ' Vous apprécierez l'équipement tout confort de cette jolie villa neuve et confortable de style balinais pouvant accueillir 8 personnes;Le jardin et ses environs possèdent une faune nombreuse, petits perroquets verts, colibris, iguanes, tortues, oiseaux multicolores et des singes hurleurs très proches de la villa que vous pourrez écouter et même voir parfois au réveil et en soirée. La villa est conçue pour la farniente et la vie de plage .
La villa est située à seulement 45 minutes de l'aéroport International de Libéria Daniel Oduber et à proximité du ''night life'', des restaurants et des boutiques de Tamarindo. En plus de la baignade, la région vous offre des activités très diversifiées. Au plaisir de vous y rencontrer.

Hello Claudia, Our time at casa almendra seems but a dream to us now. We have been back to the reality of life here at home, and for a virtual escape from the cold, we now have a real dream we can tap into whenever we desire! To enter the gates of casa almendra is to enter a private paradise and to experience a feeling of complete relaxation from the moment one's luggage touches the floor. The design of the house itself and the landscaping surrounding it is truly a vision of beauty and comfort, simplicity and elegance. From the walls of flowers surrounding the property to the palms swaying in the breeze and the gardens which attract butterflies and birds of every color, it is truly a delight for the senses. The attention to detail in its design seems intended to express the natural beauty that is possible only in Costa Rica. casa almendra is the quintessential destination for comfort and elegance to anyone who desires to experience the best that Guanacaste has to offer from within a quiet and private oasis. We certainly would love to return there if our travels take us back to Costa Rica in the future. What a lovely and colorful thought that is, especially in the midst of all this white snow!
