  Rating Details: I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was more than helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I had a great time in Belltown Court! The room was large, clean, and well stocked with pretty much everything I could have wanted. The location is perfect. My only complaint at all was the somewhat harsh check out procedure. I was about 20 minutes late getting out of the room and in that time I received at least 5 phone calls and an email. So just know that the check out time is 'rigorously' enforced.   Rating Details: I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was more than happy with the location. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was overall pleased with the management company - easy online reservations, accommodating personnel, easy check in and check out. However, upon arrival, we found that our non-smoking condo had been smoked in and reeked of smoke, the toilet handle was broken, and the shower nozzle only allowed for very hot or cold showers. The management offered to send a plumber to fix the toilet, but by the end of our 3rd day in the condo, the cigarette smoke smell had ruined the condo for us. Great location, but will not stay here again.

  Rating Details: I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was more than helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I lived in Seattle many years ago and knew I wanted to stay in Belltown during this trip. The apartment is perfectly located and you can walk to Pike place market, the space needle, restaurants, museums, waterfront, and public transportation. There's also a great bakery in the same building which we went to every morning! The only down-sides to the apartment were that the view wasn't as nice as I had expected (photos on the site must have been taken from the rooftop), and we were woken up a couple times by people on the street (not a big surprise for Belltown).   Rating Details: I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was very clean. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful rental in Seattle's Belltown Neighborhood The location of this rental couldn't have been better for exploring Seattle. We were able to walk everywhere (Space Needle, Pike Place Market, waterfront, etc.) and didn't use our car until we were ready to leave. The neighborhood has plenty of restaurants and bars to pick from and we enjoyed being able to stay close to the unit after long days of walking around Seattle. The small price to pay for the location is the street/traffic noise. They do provide ear plugs with the toiletries for those sensitive to the noise. The condo had great amenities and it's location was convenient to many wonderful museums, shops, restaurants, etc. Macrina's Bakery, located in the complex, was a fantastic place for fresh baked goods and coffee. Brian, our wonderful host, met us at the condo when we arrived and he went out of his way to ensure that our stay was enjoyable. Reviewer Comments: Sea to Sky provided a friendly and easy way to book an accommodation for our trip to Seattle. their website was user friendly and the property description and photos were exactly true of the property. This was a big plus for me as I do not like when the photos are way nicer than in person. We didnt use the pool or gym but enjoyed the rooftop deck. The bakery was a nice surprise right next door and we enjoyed their delectable coffee and sweets every morning! Overall, I will definitely use sea to sky when I'm in Seattle again and highly recommend to others !!!
